Epcot for Adults
By Elisha Pappacoda, Orlando Editor
Eat and drink your way around the world like a pro. We've perfected the art of snacking and sipping the best that Epcot's World Showcase has to offer. To get in on the multicultural fun, we suggest you start at the United Kingdom and finish at Mexico. Then, grab a five-minute snooze on the new Spaceship Earth before you do it all over again.

Start the day off right with a to-go pint of Strongbow or Guinness at the Rose & Crown Pub, and a quick bite of fish and chips. Then browse authentic English soccer jerseys, Beatles collectables and an abundance of Twinings tea selections.

Savor a sweet chocolate and strawberry crepe, then sniff sensual scents from French perfumers Guerlain and Givenchy. If you're looking for a sit-down dinner, Le Chefs De France is a must with a prix fixe menu and a beautiful view of the Illuminations: Reflections of Earth fireworks spectacular.

In Morocco, try on a fez, shake and shimmy in bellydance hip scarves, and have your photo taken in front of the mosaic fountain before stopping for lunch at the Tangierine Cafe. Try the lamb platter complete with pita bread, hummus, tangerine cous cous and tabouleh. Finish with some flaky baklava or lady fingers dripping with honey.

Catch the traditional Taiko drummers and the talented Miyuki, one of only a handful of people worldwide skilled in molding artful animals out of warm candy. Spend time perusing quintessential Japanese products like Mikimoto pearls, Shiseido perfume and Hello Kitty dolls and do-dads at Mitsukoshi. Stop at Yakatori House for a Miso soup, a spicy tuna roll and Kirin beer.

Epcot: The American Adventure Pavilion
Walt Disney World Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL
No need to stop here. You can get this stuff anywhere.

Epcot: Italy Pavilion
Walt Disney World Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL
From one-of-a-kind Murano glass jewelry to luscious perfumes by Bulgari and Pucci, it's easy to lose track of time while admiring the sensual products of Italy. Before you depart, buy a swig of sweet and tart limoncello from Eleanor from Calabria, who has been working at the park since the day it opened.

First, purchase a dainty glass pickle ornament from the year-round Christmas store. At the outdoor vendor, choose between a light Beck's or dark Spaten beer to wash down a chocolate-covered pretzel and fresh fudge from the candy store.

Epcot: Reflections of China

The newly refurbished Lotus Blossom Cafe is a clean and modern version of its former self. Have a snack of pork pot stickers and a Tsingtao. Then ogle items from shot glasses to T-shirts portraying the cutesy cartoon mascots of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

Epcot: Norway Pavilion
Walt Disney World Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL
One of only two rides in the World Showcase, you must climb onto the recently renovated Maelstrom, to find out “What is the future of Norway?” (Trust us, it is way cooler after a couple of drinks.) Before leaving, grab a kringla, a sweet frosted and almond-covered pretzel that's more like a danish.

Epcot: Mexico Pavilion
Walt Disney World Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL
Even though we loved the kitschy old Rio de Tiempo, the new--and just as slow-moving--Tres Caballeros-themed boat ride is an ideal way to get off your feet for a few minutes. Before leaving the marketplace, pick up a Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) doll.
