I have lost over 70lbs! The workouts are amazing and the staff makes sure I have a lot of fun. The prices cant be beat. All the trainers have degrees and certifications and they train clients on state of the art equipment in our own individual private training suites.

Pros: Talented trainers, safe clean environment, affordable prices, excellent support.
