Great Experience. What a wonderful place! For the price, can't beat that, $110 for almost 3 hours of relaxation. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. My facialist, Stacey was extremely knowledgeable, have been going there for years. She has me on the skin regime Sothys, my skin has never been better.

My therapist was experienced and did some neck work, wow! I have always had great massages here.

AFFORDABLE & GREAT MASSAGE...YOU MAY SKIP THE FACIAL. I found this spa online. I googled: "Best affordable spa in Kissimmee". It had good reviews, and the prices are very affordable. I tried the Serenity Package for $110, which included: massage, facial, foot massage, and hand paraffin. When I got there, I was asked by the massage therapist if I wanted to upgrade to a therapeutic massage for $10 more. Of course, I had to say "Yes".

My massage therapist was Ashley. She was great! She focused exactly on the areas I needed the therapeutic massage for.

The facial was sub-standard. I've had much better facials elsewhere. And, as any other spas, the esthetist encouraged me to purchase their facial cleanser, toner, and protecting cream. She said their products are all-natural, from Paris.

I bought the facial cleansing gel; however, it wasn't a good match for my skin because I broke out with pimples after 2 days of using it. And when I got home, I noticed that the cleansing gel was really NOT from Paris. It just says " Sothys Paris" on the packaging, but it was actually from Miami, with "Made in USA" sign. I should've known better not to use it for 2 days, because the container was "shady" with poor grammar and syntax on the back of the tube. Definitely NOT worth $30! Now I have to find something to get rid of my pimples. Maybe some good old Neutrogena.

But I would definitely go back for another therapeutic massage and foot massage with Ashley!…

Suggestion. If you are planning to visit this spa please take this into consideration. TIP YOUR THERAPIST AND FACIALIST DIRECTLY The front desk is extreemly unorginized. The man who ran the front desk simply put my tip into the register without making any notation as to how much I had left for my therapist and then went on with checking out another guest. If you want your therapist to recieve the well earned tip please make sure you deliver it personally.…

A wonderful place for a getway. We 3 Golf Widows planned a day to treat ourselves. I researched several places. Found Vivian's on the net. Contacted, made arrangements for 3 at a time. No problem. The staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. Could not have been better. I am from Jacksonville and I would drive 2 hours again just to visiit this Spa. Sara shrunk my pore size and gave me the softest skin I can remember having. My friend got a swedish massage and was in love with her massage therapist. my new favorite spa. Well I visited this spa for my wedding party gift to the bridesmaids. We were very happy when we left. The staff was caring and pleasant and we were warmly greeted by Rob at the desk. Our massage therapists were knowledgeable and worked out the problem in my back. Tammy and Astor were great! Not only did they help us during the massage, but we were shown how to stretch for further benefit.

The facials were knock your socks off. Sara and Melissa took good care of us. Stacy did my facial and gave me the best scalp massage. WOW!! This is my new favorite spa in Orlando. It's a nice facility. I felt great when I was done and would strongly recommend this to anyone. If you're considering this for your wedding party, it's a great price and fantastic service. I love the "Spa Serenity" package for $110. It includes all of my favorites: a full body massage, a european facial, a beautiful foot treament, a hand parafin. I have been to Vivian's Day Spa more than 10 times and come every month or two. I have never (not once been) dissappointed. "Everyone of their massage therapists are excellent." Some do excel if different areas so If you want a particular type of massage ask the receptionist who is the best for this type of massage.

I love Melissa's Facials. She's a great girl who will make you feel at home and give you and excellent pampering session. Great scalp and neck massage.

best massage of my life. I received the 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage. My therapist was the incredible. She really listened to what I wanted and didn't want. I don't like talkative massage therapists or wimpy pressure. The pressure of my massage was perfect and my therapist check on to make sure, three times durring my massage. The last ten minutes or so, my therapist "sent me to heaven" using a combination long beautiful massage strokes. My other fav part of massage was the foot work. I'm a runner who loved the firm grip of my massage therapist. I will back soon to try the stone massage. I need to save a little first.…
