This place is the best all around gym I've been to. Its a very personal 1 on 1 training. They will have you feeling fit after the first time you walk out of the front door. The staff is the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of working out with. They dont push you beyond your limit, they just want you to get results, and they certainly do that. I am somewhat new to many workout things, but they take the time to explain everything to you, and recommend products that best suit your needs, not just stuff they are sell. If your looking for a relaxed gym, where you will get outstanding results, and top notch service, I highly recommend this gym. Oh they also have flat screens all over the wall so you wont miss your favorite game.
Pros: Great location, great staff, incredible equipment, flat screen TVs, reasonable price, never over-crowded
Cons: I have found nothing I dislike about this gym yet
