Best Hair Cut I've had in a long, long time!

I just visited Peter Jacob Salon for the first time and I was very satisfied with my haircut. Kathy cut my hair and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and didn't rush me thru the process. She gave some great suggestions and the best hair cut that I have had for a long time.. It was nice to know that although she has been doing hair for many years she always attends the lastest hair shows to see what's new and to pass it along to others. I appreciate that so much. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and there was lots of laughter. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Thanks so much.

Attention to the details!!

Julie is very in tune with her customer's needs and is the most professional stylist I've had the pleasure of knowing. She alway asked to see how much time we have for her services and ensures if I am on a timetable she meets my timetable. She has an excellent what it takes attitude and excels in guest services. She welcomes your feedback on the services she has provided. She has a weath of knowledge on the other services that are available at the salon i.e. relaxing massages, facials, nails.

I highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I have been going to Peter Jacobs since it opened and have been happy with the service from the start. Kathy is the best. I have recieved many compliments about my hair color and highlights. The staff always make me feel welcome. Even getting my eyebrows waxed is worth the pain. Christy is so gentle and her technique is minimally painful and doesn't leave me red and broken out like I usually get after a waxing. With the relaxed atmosphere and top of the line service I recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been going to Peter Jacob's since moving to the area 2 years ago. I have always used Kathy (the owner) and unlike other salons, she does not charge more for her 'master' level services. I have never had my hair cut by anyone else there, but she is great. My husband has had a couple other girls and has been just as impressed. I HAVE noticed some of the younger staff be "gossipy" and have some ditsy conversations, but that can often be expected in a salon setting.

Another pro, they have great extras in addition to their hair salon (ie facials, scrubs, mircoderms, pedi/mani, massage, waxing, etc) all on site and done by some really great staff - no scary or professional people what-so-ever. Overall, I would highly recommend them (and have done so) to anyone looking for a new or better salon.

I normally go here because its convenient and they normally do a good job if you find can find the right person. the problem is the good stylists don't stay there very long and employees change often...

From my experience:

*Kat - excellent

*The other blonde girls that work there are the most air headed girls I've ever met .. you will be lucky if they can comprehend what you tell them.

*The receptionists there are not very bright either. On separate occasions I've showed up for scheduled appointments only to find out they were not made or have been removed without notifying me..

Excellent service from Kathy Cabrera, she has done my hair and other members of my family. We are always EXTREMELY happy with the results, Kathy C is up to date on the hair styles and colors that are just what I look for in a hair dresser. Kathy Cabrera ROCKS!!! I love going to this hair shop. Everyone is very helpful and professional. I can't say enough to recommend this Salon. Thanks so much for a WONDERFUL experience, I will continue to come here to see Kathy Cabrera and the EXTREMELY friendly and professional staff that Peter Jacob Salon and Spa has to offer!! Kathy has been doing my hair for about 4 years and she always listen's to me about how I like it to be cut and ESPECIALLY my color, she is so helpful about any concerns that I may have. She's really up to date with the styles too!! Keeping it current, I love it!!
