I came down for the winter to visit my mom in the Villages florida, she is going blind from macular degeneration and loosing her independece rapidly. I decided to take her to Lange Eye Cares center in the Villages. Dr Lange did an extrememly good evaluation and then took us to a special section called their low vision clininc. My mom was able to sit down and try numerous differnt types of low vision technology to help her read easily. I was amazed at some of the magnification technology that they had available. Well my mom left with some special reading glasses, a device to watch TV called the Max TV and some hand held lighted magnifying glasses. We both purchased some eye vitamins called Fortifeye Vitamins. I highly recommend The Lange Eye Institute in the Villages Florida for anyone loosing their vision.

I just wrote a long review on lange Eye Care and lost it so this one will be shorter. I travel and call on all types of eye docs thru out the south, optometrists and ophthamologists. I picked Lange Eye Care Lasik Center in gainesville florida for my surgery because I know how great all the eye docs are there and Dr. Burger has done more lasik surgery than any doc i call on. I had Lasik surgery almost three months ago now and have better than 20/20 vision. The optometrists started me on fortifeye dry eye therapy three weeks prior to lasik surgery and i have been on it since. I think this is the reason I have not had any dry eye issues at all. The fortifeye dry eye therapy works well for dry eyes. If you want the best lasik surgery in florida go to Lange Eye care, trust me you cant find a more caring and highly trained group of doctors.

Wow, i had to write another testimonial for Dr. Michael Lange and Lange Eye Care. Dr. Lange has the most beautiful and advanced eyecare centers in Florida. However one problem was his offes are extremely upscale, I have seen optical frames for as much as $15,000 dollars a frame at The Lange Eye Institute in the Villages Florida. Everyone cant afford this so what did Dr. lange do?? He just opened a Lange Eyecare Outlet eye center in summerfield. I bought a frame for $19 and lenses for $49. What a deal!!! I do by most of my eyewear from the Village location b I couldnt pass up this deal. So everyone out there that wantts great quality at a low price go to Lange Eyecare Outlet in summerfield.

Dr. Michael Lange of Lange Eye Care truly has a passion for life and helping patients. Dr Lange takes a whole body approach when diagnosing eye problems, this is why i decided to start seeing Dr. Lange. I have been a patient for over ten years, the first visit was one to get my first pair of progressive lenses, when I saw Dr. lange he detected something that indicated my cholesterol was elevated. I went back to the hospital I work at and had a cholesterol test an sure enough it was too high. I started a specific diet an started mountain biking per Dr. Langes advice. My cholesterol came down quickly. Well now ten years later I am a patient at Dr. Langes new Lange Eye Instie in tte Villages. All I can say is WHAT A PLACE!! At mylast visit this year he did a specific lab test that looks at cellular levels of nutrients. The test showed i was deficient i B Complex, D, and some amino acids. Ths made since once Dr. Lange discussed it with me. I had cut back on animal protein significantly to help my cholesterol. This made be deficient in B vitamins and certain amino acids. Dr Lange recommended Fotifeye Vitamins. I take one package of Fortifeye Complete a day and a protein shake and now the deficiencies are gone. Since taking the Fortifeye Vitamins I do feel better with more energy nd my night vision has improved. I am in the health profession and I have never met an eyedoc like Dr. Lange. He truely is way ahead of the rest of the pak. I am considering Lasik surgery at the Lange Eye Institute in April 2008.

Pros: Dr Lange has the most advanced eye centers in Florida.

I watched the Lange Eye Institute being built in the Villages Florida. I was amazed when it was finished. It is the Taj Mahol of EYE CARE! It is an amazing building inside and out. I was one of the first patients to be seen almost a year ago. Dr. Michael Lange has the most advanced eye care center I have ever been examined in . The office looks like the Ritz Carlton inside and a beautiful Mississippi Plantation on theoutside. I was initially evaluated by a technician named Sharon Chavez that really knew what she was doing, she explained everything in detail and did a great job, then Dr Lange came in to to the eye exam. I was impressed with his bed side demeanor and his knowledge on not only eye care but nutrtion and how it plays a role in our vision. Dr. Lange put me an a specific diest that has allowed me to loose 20 lbs, cholesterol has come down 30 points and my nite vision and energy levels have improved. I am also taking the Fortifeye Complete vitamins that have obviously aided my diet in these positive results. Dr. Lange referred me to one of his occuloplastic specialists to remove a skin cancer I had on my eye lid, the procedure was done in a specialty surgery room inside the institute.The group of ophthamologists I had been seeing in Ocala for the last eight years just said it was a freckle and not to worry, well the freckle was bleeding and growing so thats why I changed to the Lange Eye Institute. Dr Lange spent a lot of time with me educating me on all aspects of my vision and health. The group in Ocala just saw me for two minutes max and pawned me off on a nurse. I am so happy I have changed to Lange Eye Institute. I highly recommend them to everyone.
