I have been to many places in, and out of town, and none hold a candle to this all around health destination. The two therapists are so highly intelligent and so caring!! I continue to maintain my health here because these therapists are never pushy, they are down to earth and most of all, they live what they share with their clients. You can tell they are so vibrant and healthy and that's the type of persons I want giving me health advice. This is the only place that offers TWO state of the art cutting edge equipment and the ionic foot soak is also another perk. The office in College Park is so clean, but also bursting with positive comfortable energy. It's everything a proper hydrotherapy clinic should be and so much more. The therapists both have the gift for helping people attain thier health goals. Heath is wealth and I will spread the word that this place is indeed the cream of the crop!!!

Wonderful, caring individuals who make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Reasonable pricing, good hours. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A cozy little clinic recommended to me by friends. I'm happy to pass along the recommendation. The staff are easy-going and professional, and their fee schedule is quite reasonable considering their expertise. The atmosphere is tranquil and clean without being cold and "clinical". You'll be glad you stopped by.

I have been to MANY Orlando spa and therapeutic treatment centers to experience conventional and alternative treatments for the many auto immune and chronic pain conditions I have (including lupus, fibromyalgia, thyroid disease). This facility stands out in a wonderful way. The owner is a gentle, caring and knowledgeable professional. The office is beautifully decorated to give a feeling of calm, safety, and peace. The therapies offered are beneficial to anyone wanting to detoxify their body, alleviate pain and stress, and rejeuvenate their mind. And their prices for services are very competitive for the Orlando market. I highly recommend Helping Hand!!

I found Helping Hand to be a clinic with great atmosphere, a caring therapist, and very professional. After the therapy sessions I found its effect to be very beneficial. It is very accessible and convenient location off of I-4 in College Park.
