Best yoga school I've found in Orlando so far!

I've only tried Lewis's ashtanga yoga classes, but there is no need to look further. It is an excellent class and space to do yoga in and he talks when needed, but is not overly talkative like at another place I used to go to-- the Kundilini school of yoga.

Great teachers!

I love this Yoga studio, the teachers are great, the atmosphere is so Zen!

This is for everybody, learn and take your time nobody here will force you to do anything you don't want to.
