I wish I could comment on the service provided by Salon High Gloss, however, I never experienced. 15 minutes prior to my appointment, the salon called my house and left me a message that my stylist was over an hour behind schedule. I obviously didn't receive this message and so I sat in the salon for 45 minutes. I was told my stylist was running late but I was not told how late he was actually running. After 45 minutes of being ignored by the staff (who seemed to be sitting around, drinking coffee mostly), I decided to leave. I told the staff that it had been 45 minutes and I had not been spoken to so I was simply going to leave. I said, "Thank you, but no thank you." I was treated with such extreme disrespect, I could not believe it. The staff stated that I was told the stylist was running late. I informed them that their demeanor and the manner in which they handled this was UNPROFESSIONAL at best. As to the cuts and color that I witnessed leaving Salon High Gloss - I can only say that I have seen better work at a Supercuts. This salon is not worth the aggravation nor the price.
