Well, I love the pitas (when my order is done properly.) But The Customer Service is Horrendous! They get my order wrong about 70% of the time. ( I would ask for double meat and would be charged for it and never given it, or missing something in the pita) Anyhow, A recent experience had me fed up and never to eat there again! I order 2 pitas exactally the same, the first one was done right with lettuce, onions and the whole nine yards, the second one was a pita with chicken in it ONLY. THATS IT! I SPENT $18.64. Some employees are nice but major especially some managers are bitter retards. And when you tell them the order is wrong they blame it on you! There was also a situation where my BF got overcharge by two dollars on his credit card! And they refused to refund him the money! THAT WAS IT FOR HIM!! and NOW ITS ENOUGH FOR ME!! I WOULD RECCOMMEND JIMMY JOHNS THEN PITA PIT! THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! LIKE I SAID DO JIMMY JOHNS THEY ARE CHEAPER, MAKE FRESH SUBS AND THEY ARE FAST WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAYBE PITA PIT BY UCF NEEDS TO TAKE A FEW LESSONS FROM JJ'S!
Pros: GREAT PITAS WHEN DONE CORRECTLY
Cons: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR SERVICE IN GENERAL.
