Great Gym - mediocre guest service

When I originally joined LA Fitness the gym was new and the staff was enthusiastic and pleasant. The gym is still very clean, add on weights have slowly vanished and guest service has diminished. I still like the gym over most others, but there is room for improvement.
Pros: Clean, Well organized
Cons: missing weights
