Great Service and plenty of large sizes to choose from

I kept looking around for big sizes for mother of the groom. I just about gave up looking when I came upon this bridal shop. As soon as I entered the store, someone greeted me, ask if I wanted a cold drink. I guess I looked all weathered from the heat outside.

I accepted a cold coke and then told her what i wanted or what I was looking for. She showed me some pictures in books and then showed me some dresses she had on the floor in stock. As I walked around, I checked out the bridal gowns and loved them. The colors were amazing. I was used to only seeing white for brides, but along with the beautiful white styles, they had pastel colors.

The sizes I needed were in stock, but I decided to order one that was not. The wedding was a few weeks away so I had time to wait. and was pleased when the gown arrived even sooner than I expected.

I recommended this store to everyone I know. The serivce was great. The fitting was even better, and everyone knew what they were talking about. Karen the owner is so sweet and helpful and knowledgable that I am going to send my friends their for their daughters wedding, .

For shopping in a friendly atmosphere, and the price is right, I highly recomment Ever After. I was so glad that I just happened to see the store driving to the Mall. She has one of a kind gowns, something that no one else has, so I did not worry that I would see someone thinner than me wearing the same gown that I had on.

• Pros: Curb Parking, courteous service, knowledgable and helpful, plenty to choose from
• Cons: I cannot think of one. Even the coke was cold and refreshing

Great Dresses

I just have to say this store has the best website for shopping for a gown for your bridesmaids. There is so much to choose from and their prices are great. Karen the owner worked with me through emails, helping me to coordinate all my bridesmaids who live around the country order their gowns. She was so knowledgeable about each designer and what sizes should be ordered. She even sent me swatches of the fabric before I ordered so I could choose which color I wanted. All of our gowns came in earlier then she quoted us and they were even more beautiful than the picture on the website. Some of the girls needed alterations but nothing major. I would definitely recommend this store. I am a Happy Bride to have come across their website in my search for gowns.

Great Customer Service and Gowns

As a customer of Discount Bridal, I thought I would

give you my perspective on ordering a gown online -

sight unseen.

First of all- I was in a financial situation where I

could not pay for an entire gown in one lump sum.

Discount Bridal took a deposit and allowed me to make

mnthly payments. This way, I was able to get the gown

of my dreams - which was over $800 that otherwise I

would not have had.

I was a bit skeptical- but everything went very

smoothly. Karen was up in the middle of the night

sometimes and we would email back and forth when I was

telling her what style of gown I was looking for- and

she directed me to a designer I ended up using. The

wait was well worth it and the gown was packed very

carefully.

I had to have minimal alterations when it arrived- as

with any gown, but the experience was truly positive.

I would recommend Karen and Discount Bridal to anyone!

BRIDES BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! THEY KNOW NO MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT IT MEANS TO MAKE A GUARANTEE TO A CUSTOMER. THE MANAGER IS A COMPLETELY UNCARING ABOUT ANYONE OR THEIR WEDDING DRESS!! NOTHING IS GUARANTEED AND NOTHING IS HER FAULT!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! DON'T CHANCE YOUR WEDDING DRESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE SHOP!! TODAY, WHILE IN HER SHOP, I HEARD HER PROVIDE HORRIBLE TREATMENT TO A POOR GIRL NEEDING HER WEDDING DRESS! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS THE SAME THING!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! BRIDES BEWARE

I purchased my wedding gown at ever after formal wear and it was the worst mistake. I purchased my gown in September and it was supposed to arrive around the 1st of January. When it didn't show up it took them until the middle of February to figure out that it was never ordered. When it finally got to me at the end of April for my June 2nd wedding it was not constructed correctly. When I asked for compensation to fix the problems they just wrote me off. There customer service is horrible. They do not take responsibility for there mistakes. So because my dress didn't get to me on time it was to late to have the manufacture fix the dress or get a different dress, so I had to pay over $800.00 to have the dress fixed. Brides Beware!!!!!!!! Do not do business with Ever After formal wear

Great Selection and Customer Service

This bridal store has such a large selection. I bought my prom dress here 2 years ago so naturally I went back to get my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. We were in the store many times over the year trying to decide what dresses to purchase and we were provided with excellent customer service each time. When we asked if we could take pictures, not only were we told we were allowed but the owner had a camera and even took pictures for my mom and emailed her the pictures later that night. What great service! All of our dresses came in last month and they were beautiful. They need to be altered a bit but most dresses do. This bridal store is great and highly recommended.

BRIDES BEWARE

I'm NOT anonymous because EVERY WORD IS TRUE. I'm in friends wedding and every bridesmaide dress, with the exception of one, came in the WRONG FIT. Those who were fitted at the shop had the same issue as well, so it can not be blamed on the individual. And even if they try, the "one" dress not included was the wrong dress entirely!! The wedding is three days away, the owner takes no ownership, and has the nerve to have a poor disposition. DON'T chance it BRIDES!! YOUR DAY is too Special. My friend is mortified. By the way, my dress had to be taken apart completely and redone. Thank GOD for a family SEAMSTRESS!!! Of Course they pushed us to use their's ...NOT!!! Your a princess and the owner is no fairy godmother! You have too many options to take a chance. BE CAREFUL AND BE BLESSED!
