Great first date!
by cmanvill at Citysearch
My boyfriend took me here on our first date. The atmosphere is perfect, the food is fantastic, and the service is great. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly with a good blend of spices. My boyfriend had the sirloin which was a good sized portion that was cooked exactly how he asked for it. The desserts are good to share. My only complaint is the parking. You have to park in the garage and it was raining the night we went there, so we did get rained on while walking to the restaurant. Overall great experience though, as is proven in the fact that we have been dating for 4 months now =)
- Pros: Food, Service, Atmosphere
- Cons: Parking

We went there on a really late night in September. The waitress was really nice. Throughout dinner she brought out glasses from the freezer and poured our martinis into the new glasses to keep them cold (we were there for a while). OUR food was soooo DELICIOUS. We had scallops with melted cheese and bacon bits, chilean sea bass, duck, chocolate and watermelon martinis. I feel bad for the other reviewers, but our experience was 5-stars! Maybe the key is to go during their less busy hours..?

In retort to the chicken lady, I have been to Hue hundreds of times and NEVER got sick!
And yes, I HAVE HAD THE CHICKEN.
The Food is awesome (and always fresh), the atmosphere is great, and the Chefs are really some of the most exceptional talents in Orlando. The last time I went I got the Duck pasta on Cous Cous, and it was really good. I like the sauce they use on it. The vegtables were nice and crunchy.
It is a little bit priceym but if you haven't been, I would really tell you to go and check it out.
Be sure to make reservations! I have gone in on Tuesdays and the place is totally packed.
- Pros: Cool restaurant, great food, good wine
- Cons: Pricy
Great Place!

I moved from Manhattan a a few years ago, and as such I've dined in many of the best restaurants... I really like HUE. It's something that Orlando desprately needs, and it does it well. Perfect, no. But this IS Orlando, right? The crowd is yuppie-ish and stylish. The place is quite stylish and the food is very good (and pricey). I just moved across the street from this place and eat here somewhat often. The sunday bloody mary brunch is very good and the after work scene is nice, too. Weekend dinners are packed.... I'd avoid it then. Overall, give it a shot and remember -- this is still Orlando, everything is relevant!
- Pros: Fun Scene, Pretty People, Good Drinks
- Cons: , Sometimes busy, Expensive

I have eaten at many restuarants across the country and in major cities, ,this establishment is one of the best. The food has been consistently good -excellent and the wait staff superb. One standout in particular is Jody. He is there when you require something but never hovers. He knows the menu well, has good suggestions for wine pairing and is an all-round delight. We always ask for his area whenever we are there. The best
