Every employee you encounter, even the receptionist, make sure your day at their spa is special. It's very serene from the moment you walk in the door, and you feel welcome and at home. The waxing, pedi and manis, and any other service you get there could not be compared. When I have relatives from out of town, I always make sure to treat them to some type of service at Pierre, only because I know they will enjoy their vacation that much more. I love you guys, keep up the good work!!

As you enter the door, you are welcomed by a tranquil atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel relaxed and pampered. I made this appointment for my girlfriend coming in from out of town to get pampered. There are no limits they will not go through to make you satisified. I wanted to get her nails done and the lady who does this was not going to be there on that day. Well, the lady found out that my girlfriend was coming from out of town to be there and she put her own family on hold for the day and came in to do her nails.....now that is true COMMITTMENT to customer satisfaction. The lady did a fabulous job on her nails and I definitely recommend women to get their nails done by her. I had a facial done by one of the ladies and it was awesome. That was my first time ever being in a spa getting a facial and after that wonderful treatment I will definitely make it a part of my upkeep. I recommend this spa because it caters to the customer's satisifaction from beginning to the end.

Pros: Dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Cons: The exterior could be dressed up more. The outside does not do the place justice.

GREAT NAILS!!! I love the nails here because the nail techs really take time to make sure your nails are perfect and healthy. I never feel rushed here. plus I love coming to a Day Spa for nails rather than a dump nail shop. They offer drinks and everyone is very freindly. I am so happy that I found this place. I always feel pampered and special. Also the spa is very clean. GREAT PLACE FOR NAILS!!!!!

This spa has relaxing music playing candles lit, and it's great!!. I love to go and hate to leave. Everyone there is wonderful. Refreshments and everything. When I walk out the door I want to walk back in. Pierre Day Spa is my excape.

My husband and I have been to Pierre Day Spa twice for the couples massage and pedicures. The first vistit was nice the massage was relaxing and loosened us both up. The second was execelent. When I called to make the reservation I mentioned that it was for our anniversary. When we arrived we were taken back to a candle lit room to change. They layed out rose pedals for us and there was romantic music playing. The massage was great and we were given or choice of male or female. Next came the pedicures. They arranged for it to be private just the two of us and there was a beautiful platter of fruit and chocolates. At checkout we were given a bag with scented candles a CD and samples of the massage oil which smells amazing all to make our night even more special. I had a good experience before, but this time it was wonderful enough for me to share. Also my two vistits were with two different owners, the latest being less than a week ago and the present owner is the one who made my anniversary so special.

I not only want to say that this spa offers some of the best facials in town and that I had a wonderful experience there, but i would like to give some legal information. I have been practicing business law for the past 10 years and I would like to tell everyone who has concerns about there gift certificates that they are placing the blame on the wrong person. If you did not purchase the gift certificate from someone then they have no obligation to honor it and it would be foolish to do so. All you had to do was make a clam against the owner that the funds were paid out to. Pierre day spa is not a franchise there for the owner takes on no second party debts. There are people complaining that she would not give out the number of the owner that was paid. She can not do this, but if you made a clam she could verify that you have tried to redeem your services. The benifit of the name is hers the debts of someone eles is not. Also these gift certificates should have had forwarding information left by whom ever you purchased them from so that you could receive the services or a refund. The current owner did that. My gift certificate was from her when she owned another day spa. I was forwarded to her at Pierre day spa and she honored it since she was the one who recieved my money 9 mounths earlier even though it was a different day spa. At the previous spa she owned the customers were so fond of her that she received gifts every holiday. I think this makes her a good business woman and that is the only reason that I would extend myself to enlighten you all. Pierre is a wonderful spa, just like her previous spa. Great service, friendly staff. I have also read alot of great reviews.

I was at first sceptical to go to pierre day spa because of all the reviews, but then I noticed they were all about gift certificates. I decided not to stiff the spa because a previous owner did not refund the certificates. Plus I live very close by. So I went and It was wonderful. The new owner is great. I cant see how anyone could be burned by her. She is very friendly and extented herself to every customer when I was there. Out of all the bad reviews knowone could say that the spa it self is bad. Its really a shame. Who ever they bought the gift certificate from owes them the money. But for some reason they think the right thing to do is trash someone else. This spa is so comfortable and every single person there is perfessional. When I went everyone was friendly with great customer service. The owner gives out samples and refreshments. I think that everyone who has written a bad review should be ashamed of themselves. The spa is not only good, it's wonderful. Its clean, smells great with a great staff and good customer service. They certainly have my business and I will be recommending them. I waited too long to go there!!

I had been to Pierre's several times and enjoyed the experience. However, my mom and I also received gift certificate for Mother's Day 2007. When I called to make an appointment to use it in August 2007 (just 3 months later), I was told the spa was under new ownership and the new owner would not accept my gift certificate. I was outraged and asked to speak to the owner. She was rude to me and wasn't interested in discussing it. She said that she didn't receive the money and wasn't providing the service. She claimed she was changing the name and that her business was not Pierre Day Spa, however, she continued to answer the phone by that name and responded to questions on the Pierre website. It sounded to me like she was trying to benefit off the name but was unwilling to accept any of the obligations. Seeing as she was not interested in keeping past customers, I would highly recommend you stay away!

I enjoyed my first visit to Pierre Day Spa. I like the feel of the spa. They are very busy there and over booked my appointment, so they called and asked if I could come in an hour later than my first appointment. I said sure. I was supossed to be getting a pedicure and a facial. Well when I came in the owner upgraded me to a chocolate pedicure for the inconvenience. The product that they used smells sooo good!!! They served drinks and you get chocolate with this pedicure. I was in Heaven. This is my new spot!!!

Pierre Day Spa saved my wedding. I found out 2 days before my wedding that the place that I was supossed to take my wedding party to receive mani/pedi and facials thought my reservations had been canceld and could not fit us in. My aunt recommended Pierre Day Spa. I called and spoke to someone who took my number for the owner to call me, and she did. I explained the situation to her and she said no problem and set my appointment for the next day which was Friday at 5pm. Now, they close at 6pm, but she arranged for the entire staff to stay late just for us. I'm sure the staff were tired because they are normally very busy and I see why because they're great. The placed smelled wonderful and there were lavender candles lit which was my wedding color. The spa is warm and relaxing. The staff are very experienced and so friendly. We were served strawberries and drinks and everyone was laughing and having a good time. I loved it!! They really made this important event in my life specail and it meant the world to me. I am so grateful to the owner for doing this for me. Brides I would recommend Pierre Day Spa first. They are truely the BEST!!!
