First of all, this salon was a prospect for doing my hair until I read these reviews. Actually, the reviews are not so bad because every once in a while you might get a crazy chick that doesn't know what she' talking about. But these people at the "Signature" Salon think they're God's gift to hair styling. Give me a break, when a customer is unsatisfied you should always try to at least understand their opinion. When I used to get my hair done by my stylist in Atlanta, she would always try to level with me, and not give me this long explanation of nonsense saturated with 'fluff' words that really make no sense. I could understand if 'Robert Severo' was actually important in the hair industry but I think he was probably born and raised in Oviedo. Whatever, anyways... the truth is that you should never ridicule or brush off your customers' opinions. Customer feedback is very important, especially if you're sending people out your salon looking like retards. I heard this salon is in a good location, but you won't be able to locate me there because it sounds like a scam run by people who have swelling egos. If you're going to be in Winter Park at least have some class, don't blog a bunch of horse excretion to your unsatisfied customer!!

BEST HIGHLIGHTS I EVER HAD

In my opinion Sonja gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Sonya did a superb job on my highlights and color. An added bonus is the great atmosphere of the space itself. All of the staff were very friendly and professional.Sonja made my color pop and the cut was superb. I love my hair. I will definitely return. The atmosphere is relaxing and what I look for in a salon. I have told my friends.

PRECISION CUT

I LOVE MY HAIR! I am very, very picky about my hair and finding a great hair stylist is really difficult. I followed my last hairstylist from Salon to Salon but that got old. I am so glad I found Robert Severo's..They are true talent. The precision cut is wonderful, you would not believe how many compliments I have gotten. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely Love My Hair

I went to Robert Severo's to get a haircut last week and absolutely loved it. As a walk in they were able to fit me in that afternoon - which was great because I needed a haircut right away. The staff was very friendly and my stylist, did an awesome job. I have had haircuts at a lot of different places up in the north and this is my first one since I moved here recently. I definitely plan on going back and would highly recommend going there to all of my friends. Vicky Washington

TR and COLOR

The place is amazing. My stylist is Sonja and I don't even know where to begin. She does not only do great hair but also does my TR.. She did my hair and I got compliments the day after everywhere I went. She also did my TR for a special event. The application was done well and she took her time. I love what Sonja does with my hair. She's creative, knowledgable with products and the cuts are freeflowing so even someone not good with hair (such as myself) can do it the day after.

Best Hair Cut Ever
