My Salon For About Five Years

It's funny that we rarely get around to writing a review for a place unless we have a bad experience there. Or maybe it's just me. I just happened to check up on my salon to see how it was doing on here and I am happy to see that their rating is right in line with what they deserve. However, I was disappointed to see some of the negative reviews that they have received...some by people who have never even been a customer of this salon. It doesn't seem right that you should be able to rate a place you haven't experienced yourself. That's just my opinion.

The negative reviews that I read from people who HAVE been customers all seemed to have the same issue - they didn't speak up. What makes this salon so great is that they are really there for you. They care about you. If my neck is not comfortable, I speak up. If I don't like something, I say it. I feel that my input is always well received and appreciated! Sonya has been doing my hair now for about five years. I like that I can go in and fully trust my stylist 100%. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for the passed few years there and the current lady, Maria, is wonderful! Robert does my microdermabrasion and peel and he is always so great to deal with. He takes his time and truly cares about the end result. He cares about my skin.

If ever you have an issue with a staff there or your hair or comfort level, please speak up. Let them know there's a problem. If you had a business, don't you think you'd rather hear it right then and be given the chance to correct it instead of thinking everything is fine and then getting a terrible review online later? One person even said they were pressured to buy products. I have NEVER felt pressure to buy something. They suggest things sometimes and I appreciate that.

I never write reviews but I love this salon and just had to say something. I highly suggest you give this place a try and judge it yourself. I hope you will find that you love it as much as I do.

This has to be the best cut and color of my life. I could not believe the results from what I came in with. Sonja you are a master with color and my cut is perfect. My facial was truly a wonderful now I know what a facial should be like, no rushing just total time spent to make sure my skin looked and felt the way it should be. I will be back.

This place is the very best in my opinion, best service and quality. I have to drive a little ways to get there, but I cannot wait for my next appointment. I also like there giving back attitude with working with different groups to help further and better other peoples lives. You are the best in my book. Thank you for a great year. Haley Baker.

I have been going to Robert Severo's for some time now, and have meet some wonderful people there. I started going to Robert Severo's because my hair was five colors, none of them I liked and just needed to go back to what I was born with. They did such a wonderful job on my hair that I would never go any place else, not even when I am out of town. Thank you for understanding me and my hair. Love you all and God bless. I have been going to Robert Severo's for about 9 years now, and still look forward to going there. Everyone is very friendly, and would do anything for you. My color is absolutely gorgeous every time and with new cuts to keep me updated and a shampoo that will make you smoke after it's done (even if you don't) I will not go any place else. I love you guy's, and here is to maney more years.
