THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I rented a limo for my friends and I for senior prom and had so many problems. Limo came late, there was no air conditioning the entire ride, the driver ignored our complaints and questions, he did not open the door for us once we arrived, the radio and tvs did not work, and THERE WERE OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOL IN THE LIMO. It was the most dirty vehicle I have ever been in. When we asked for partial refund they agreed to return some money but never have!!! Horrible company pleaseee do not use it!!!

How do companies like this stay in business?

I rented a limo for my daughters prom. The driver was late, the A.C. did not work, The radio did not work, there were open containers of alcohol in the car, the roof liner was falling down, and it was dirty. What a fun time. Then I called the manager about the situation. He said none of this is possible. Well I have about 10 people that saw it, and it is possible. He agreed to a 100.00 discount. Well I'm still waiting and still calling. BUT GUESS WHAT. Nothing yet. I will never use or refer this company to anyone.

BEST LIMO SERVICE IN TOWN

Give this group a try. I have used them faithfully for over three years and they have been timely, courteous and not expensive. The drivers and owner have shown the professionalism that is missing in some organizations and have been descreet with all our travelers. My hats off to them and I use Payless every time I have the opportunity too.
