Poor Choice, Find another Outback location. We went to dinner there last night and it was the worst experience I have ever had at an Outback Steakhouse ever. The wait time seemed average but after being seated noticed that at 6:30pm the restaurant was only about 50% occupied...the bar was busy though. Out of four adult entrees, three were returned. One steak was completely cooked wrong ended up with another one cooked wrong and then they finally brought that one back overcooked. Two rib entrees were the worst ribs ever had. All fatty and not at all tender. It was like chewy leather. Sent those back for a steak and of course, not cooked correctly either. At this point we had been there over an hour and a half and just wanted to eat and get out of there. The manager, April, who brought out the first steak which was brought back said she would take care of the two steaks. We assumed she was talking about either the two other steaks we were still waiting on. Well, after she dropped off the two steaks we never heard from her again until the bill came and she didn't take off the two steaks as promised. In fact, she charged us for the first steak which was sent back and the new one, then comped them both off. I questioned this and she got very arrogant and said that's what she said she would take care of. I told her that it was their fault that the kitchen staff couldn't could to the correct temp and she just said that's how she's accounting for it in their inventory. I have been in restaurant management and she is wrong. She was trying to make it look as a customer mistake and it hits your bottom line in a different area. Anyways as this bickering progressed back and forth and then the server joined in stating that we hadn't been there that long and that I was lying that the table next to ours had been turned over twice already and we had been there so long to consume at least three to four glasses of soda each the frustration grew. The manager just basically didn't care. I stated that I have never had such a bad experience at an Outback Steakhouse and that I would never return to that one. She just said ok whatever and walked away. I can now understand why the restaurant wasn't completely busy on St. Patty's Day and the wait was still 45 min at least. Poor Poor Management. BTW...we ended up there for my son's birthday which after telling the waitress three times they still never came by the table to sing or anything. Great birthday dinner.

Slow service, high prices, and small portions.. Very poor service plus seems the prices went up and the portions went down. This place used to be really cool, I don't know what happened. Now it's just overpriced, late food. I waited for over twenty minutes, and it was kinda disappointing.

Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor.. In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
