There are few things I hate more than eating at an expensive restaurant and coming home hungry. Fulton's was 3 steps below Red Lobster. My family and I dined there while on vacation and were disgusted with our dinner. The waitress tried to sell us our dinners like we were shopping for a used car. The time it took to get our drinks and place our order was unacceptable considering the place was fairly empty. We waited 25 minutes to eat our calamari; which ended up being "fishy french fries". I've eaten my share of calamari, and this was nothing like I've ever had. Each piece was actually shaped like a french fry and had the consistency of rubber. After that we tried the Seafood Tower, which at almost $20 per person I expected to be good. It was a cold tower of old seafood. The clams and mussels were dry and rubbery, the tuna was over-seasoned with basil and the shrimp tasted like it had sat in the sun all day. To be fair, the crab and scallops on the tower were not bad. Our entrees were passable, but given the time we had to wait (40 minutes after our appetizers) we were not happy. The place smelled funny, the server was too pushy and the food wasn't worth the inflated prices. Tourist or not, nobody should settle for this dismal excuse for a "crab house".

Pros: No wait time

Cons: Foul food, Pushy service, Inflated prices

Living in Orlando, we have been to Fulton's several times, and never have any major complaints about the food or service, but I always feel slightly silly paying the these prices, even with 10% off for season passholders. This time, the noise and table location was especially intrusive. Absolute madhouse upon arrival, jammed, hectic, noisy. Our party of six had "reservations" for 8:50 on a Friday and we were seated earlier, which was nice. Tables are too close together. Our chairs bumped the folks behind us; large folks can actually become completely trapped! The noise continued throughout our stay. Average entree is $50, including NO side dishes (which run $6-10) . With the automatic 18% gratuity, you can easily pay $90-100 per person for a basic meal with a beer. If you add appetizers, wine and dessert, you should expect $130-150 per person - and this is just NOT that level of dining experience. I had an 8oz filet Oscar. Filet was good and done as ordered. My wife had a combo of wahoo (like swordfish), crab cake and grilled shrimp. I love crabcakes, and hers was somewhat dry, and had way too much filler for my taste. The service was good, and our waitress was kind enough to point out that the gratuity was already included in the bill. Given a choice, the next time I will opt for Flying Fish at the Boardwalk. [For comparison - some of our favories Disney World restaurants are Spoodles, Kona Cafe, O'Hanas, Victoria and Albert's)

Not a good place at all. The food was served at room temperature. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and it took a 30 minutes to arrive cold. The main course arrive 30 minutes later and it was cold as well. Olive Garden and Red Lobster serve better food at a better price. This was a bummer!!! High Price not good at all.

I loved this place.. Located in Downtown Disney, it has a great view, friendly service, and the Alaskan Crab Leg was AMAZING... although it can get quite packed because of the tourist location, it's well worth the wait...

Pros: Service was excellent

Words can not express how lousy this dinning experience is. I love places like Bern's, Peter Lugers, Del Frisco's, Sparks, etc. all expensive, but classy, elegant dinning experiences. The only thing Fulton's has in common with those wonderful places... is the price. The atmosphere is pretty much the same of any cafeteria found at Disney World: Crowded, loud and tacky. The waiters stand at your table and yammer on forever about nearly every-single-thing on the menu, when all you want them to do is tell you the specials, shut up and leave you alone to decide what you want. Instead you’ll have to listen to how every-darned-dish is the “best ever.” (Boy was that waiter clueless!) Personally, I think $40 for a fried seafood platter with french fries and coleslaw is ridiculous. But hey, it’s better than the $43 we paid for a modest tuna steak that, although tasty, came with absolutely nothing else. C’mon, for $43 you can throw on some green beans and a potato for cryin’ out loud. The ONE thing they did get right was that the food came out quickly. Since the noise, waiter and atmosphere all made our skin crawl, we couldn’t have been more thankful than to get out of there as quickly as possible. I have, literally, had better meals at Red Lobster where the atmosphere was exponentially superior and the bill was a fraction of the cost of this place. Fulton’s is nothing short of a scam.

Pros: Your overpriced food comes quickly

Cons: Atmosphere, noise, crowding and extreme prices

I have wanted to eat at Fulton's for about 2 years, so when my husband and I went to Disney in May 2007, we decided to do Fulton's on our first night there. From the outside the boat was beautiful, and allures a great deal of people, but the inside is much different. It is very lowly lit with dark wood everywhere; it is very much in need of an update. It almost reminded me of Friday's. We made reservations, and even we had to wait 15 mins. People also came in without reservations, and they were turned away. It was only a Wednesday night for goodness sake! Meanwhile we got 2 very $$$$ vodka and tonics. Our Waiter finally took us back to our table, but it wasn't ready so he made us stand in the crowded room while everyone was eating and watching us stand around. He then (apologetically) took us back to the lobby where we waited a bit more until the stressed out waiters got another table. Unfortunately when we went back again the SAME thing happened, and we returned to the lobby. When we finally did get our table it was not clean. I put my hand on the menu and got a gob of cream cheese all over it. When the waitress came she did not care in the least, but she did bring me a wet cloth. How wonderful. We were seated extremely close to another table; it was almost like they were part of our party. When they left a huge LOUD Puerta Rican family arrived, and overpower everything I tried to talk to my husband about. Our meals took FOREVER, and they forgot to bring the claws. I thought our waitress was a Bitc#, as did my husband; I am only a 27 yr old teacher so please don't think I am this rich thing who expects everything. I got a less expensive meal, as did my husband and it came to $90; normally I wouldn't complain, but this place was not a great restaurant. We did tip the normal 15%, but she sooo didn't deserve it. I would suggest The House of Blues if your looking for a good meal! FULTON'S was LOW CLASS service. :(....

Pros: Great Snow Crab!

Cons: OK martinis, Extremely overpriced! Horrible atmosphere, OVERCROWDED, stressed out waiters, bad service.

Ate here with the family while in town on Spring Break. Food was cold and overcooked, service was slow. Kids commented that Red Lobster would have been better. A real disappointment especially considering the price. Highly recommend Bonefish Grill for seafood. View of Lake Buena Vista was nice. I had the crab/lobster bisque and grilled shrimp w/ lobster ravioli. My wife had the gilled shrimp. The bisque was very below average in flavor with almost no crab or lobster and it is supposedly their specialty. All food was cold. Shrimp were like rubber and the lobster ravioli was almost inedible. Vegetables tasted fishy - like raw fish.

Pros: beautiful view of Disney's Marketplace and Lake Buena Vista

Cons: Food was terrible, service was slow

We are seafood lovers and try it everywhere we go. This restaurant definitely got rave's from us. We did have a bit of wait when we got there, but it was such a nice evening we people watched from the walkway. it was worth the wait, we had an incredible view of the sunset from an upstairs booth. Our waitress could not have been nicer. She turned us on to Copperhead river Salmon (which, surprise... niether had ever heard of). Holy Salmon!!! Our meal was in credible! Our server was great. She said she was from Alaska, we didn't know how true that was but it made for a great story. We definitely went back before the end of our vacation and requested her & the fish.

Pros: food, romantic, service

Cons: might have to wait

I was in Orlando, Fl for 3 months and we ate at many restaurants while we were there. This was the worst. Lousy atmosphere, so crowded you couldn't get out once you sat down, the food was mediocre at best. The shrimp tasted like iodine. Waiter was not at all interested in whether the food was good or not. One person had crab and they didn't bring the cracker for it until we asked and never gave us a bowl to put the shells in. I would definately not go back or recommend it to anyone. Don't bother with reservations you still wait forever.

Pros: none

Cons: over crowded, bad waiters, very slow

Overcooked, oversalted, overpriced. Despite the luck of a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, this is a restaurant is in a GREAT location and really doesn't have to serve good food. It's overpriced bland tourist food. I went with a group of coworkers on convention so we had a nice sample of almost everything on menu. I thought the food was very expensive and so badly cooked. I paid 55 dollars for myself for just an appetizer, entree and dessert + tip. No alchohol. I tried very hard to like this restaurant but eventually you can't eat atmosphere.

Pros: Location, Atmosphere, Service

Cons: , Waiting area, Screaming Kids
