There is no place like the Magic Kingdom. No other theme park can come close to this park. The castle is spectacular, the rides are classic, the atmosphere is like nothing you have ever seen. Everyone in the world should have the chance to see the Magic Kingdom in their lifetime. It is something you will never forget.
Pros: Attractions, snacks, atmosphere
Cons: lines are sometimes long, but that is to be expected.

well the first time i went i was 2 months old. i have a picture of me in mickey mouses dressing room...with him holding me. when i was about 6 yrs old we went EVERY weekend as a family. then when we stopped going i was so upset i cried because i "missed" mickey. disney is a magical expierence for any age. im a teenager and i choose to go there with my friend for my birthday this year. it is one of the cleanest places ive been and the staff is usually very polite...i love how the rides havent changed since i was a child. i would reccomend that you start planning your vacation there right now!!! your child meeting cinderella, mickey, or buzz lightyear will probabally make their year...make sure to catch the parades, in the one around noon or so they even ask kids to praticipate. the fireworks and spectro magic parade are also amazing. 2 thumbs up
Pros: everything its amazing
Cons: i dont really have any

I went to the Magic Kingdom just this past week. I found that the less thrilling rides were the most fun to me. I completely avoided Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain, while I only got to ride Space Mountain once (because I got a fast pass~). The rides meant for children seemed too frightening in my opinion. For example, in the Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, and Snow White rides, you're in complete darkness almost the entire time and can hear children screaming around you. (I think these were partially meant to scare, but Disney shouldn't be THIS scary for little kids). These were actually my favorite rides, though, as well as the transit in Tomorrowland. It's a 10-minute ride around Tomorrowland and is very relaxing. Disney has hyped up the new Pirates of the Caribbean ride with all the news that Jack Sparrow and Cap. Barbossa have been added. Don't be misled to believe it's a cool, new ride; it's not. The only differences are Jack Sparrow popping out of barrels in random places, and Barbossa standing on a ship. The food was expensive, but I was more than happy to eat with Pinocchio while waving at the boats passing by on the "it's a small world" ride. My biggest complaint is that the rides need to be updated. Many haven't been updated in SO many years it's painfully obvious.
Pros: Children rides are still appealing to me
Cons: Long lines, crowded

This is the greatest theme park ever! Its for kids 1-100...Magic Kingdom it magic, I can't wait to see my 6yr old daughters eyes when we walk into the park. It an awe everyone should feel in there lifetime. Its true it can get crowded and hot, but go in off season, don't be stupid and go during spring break and then dis the park because of lines. I have gone in January (great time to go), August ( very hot time) and October x2 (the best time) and I'm planning our trip next year in October again. Pirates of the Carribbien was my favorite ride, in Octber we went on it 4x in a row with no waiting! Food and souviniers can be expensive, so be prepared. We rarely ate at the parks and avoided the big food bills. You need to experience the total Disney expeirence by staying at the resort, the magic extends to the hotels as well, althought I have never stayed at one of the expensive hotels, I have stayed at the moderate price ones and they are just as magical. This park has to be seen by all, the best theme park by far!!!!!
Pros: magic, moderate price hotels are great, customer service
Cons: food prices, price of the expensive hotels is ourtrageous up to $700 a night

Me and my family which includes an 8 yr old and a 7 yr old went to Disney for the first time. We stayed the week and had the best time of our life. Of all the parks Magic Kingdom was the best. It was crowded but fastpass worked great. I would definately recommend taking advantage of this feature. Get your fastpass and then go on other rides and come back during the alloted time and theres no waiting. Souveniers were expensive as well as the food but all in all it was worth the price to see the looks on our childrens faces. Make a reservation for "character dining" and eat with the characters and get their autographs. This was the best part for the kids. The park was the cleanest of any amusement park we've been to. The parades and fireworks are also the best we've ever seen. The only part we disliked was getting into the park through those turnstiles with our cards and the fingerprints. It didn't work half the time and held up the line. The "extra magic hours" was also nice for those that are staying at a Disney Resort. It's still a long wait for the more popular rides but not as bad as during the day. Hopefully we will return if we can afford it.
Pros: Very clean, Disney Characters, a lot to do and see
Cons: getting in the park, price

Everytime I go to Magic Kingdom I am brought back to the magic of being a young child dreaming of my prince. I have now married my prince (for 25 years) and we come at lease twice a year...It is truly magical
Pros: Truly convenient for all
Cons: busy at times

I am going to Walt Disney World in December for the 27th time since 1974. I live in a northern state so it takes more than a short trip to get there...but it's worth it! The Magic Kingdom is the quintessential amusement park; it makes everyone of every age feel like a kid again. There are cute attractions for kids like the Dumbo ride, family attractions such as Mickey's PhilharMagic, and high-speed adventure on such rides as Great Thunder Mountain Railroad and Space Mountain. We used to take our two sons in the 1970's and 1980's, now we're having a ball taking our grandkids. We used to stay in hotels outside of the park until we found out what a great deal you could get staying in WDW. It just makes the experience that much more enjoyable. We'll never outgrow Walt Disney World!! I can't wait for December!
Pros: I love how they keep older rides like the Haunted Mansion the way I remember it, yet still excite us with new attractions like Mickey's PhilharMagic..
Cons: I wish I could get there more than once a year!

I have been to Disney World 10 times in the past 18 years and never regreted one trip. The food is great. Pick from hundreds of restaurants in epcot. All of them are great i like the intalian pavilion. It's a great place for play and formal gatherings! My family and i enjoy it a lot. It's worth the money and time! It's a worldwide favorite so what is there to regret? NOTHING!

We have been there many times and will be going back again. 1. Have a plan. Determine what you want to do before you enter the parks. 2. Do popular rides/attractions or character visits early in the morning or later in the day when everyone is leaving (we rode Space Mountain 6 time in 1 day and didn't wait in the line for more that 10 minutes!) 3. Go off season. July is crowded. October in not. 4. If you go during peak seasons get there when the park opens and do the big events first! Plan on leaving the park when it is packed. 5. Everything is expensive so plan for it. 6. Food can be expensive so either take in snacks, share sandwitches, or leave the parks for meals Hope this helps.
Pros: everything
Cons: can be crowded, expensive, can get hot

My Nice and Nephew 3 and 1 yr. old loved the Magic Kingdom over this recent Easter Weekend. It was such a joy to see their smiling faces meet all the Disney Characters they love. My nice wanted to ride the "It's a Small World" ride as many times as she could. Make sure to catch the Main St. Parade at 4 O'clock and 10. Both are different, and a must see. Then stick around for the 11 O'clock fireworks played to Disney music. These are the best fireworks shows you'll ever see, better then any 4th of July show most cities put on. The Magic Kingdom is mostly for children, but if you go with a date, check out the Haunted House for some alone time. Tip: choose a spot early to watch the parade.
Pros: Prades, Fireworks, Castle
Cons: Price/Cost
