Gorgeous Wedding Site

In the middle of Disney mayhem, take a turn at Landry's Restaurant, down a long drive that opens onto a gorgeous Lake Bryant. Huge trees draped with moss. Charming white clapboard bar area with large pavillion under roof. Separate bar area near a small beach. Tiny cottage for Bride and Maids to dress in, includes kitchen area to store cake, wine, etc. Professional staff, very accomodating. Everything was clean and updated.

A little difficult to find. It is Lake Buena Vista Water Sports but also look for signs to Paradise Cove. They're not exaggerating.

Get away from the city and relax by the water or burn off energy on skis, tubes and boats.

The Scene

Lake Bryan is a dreamy tropical paradise flanked by natural cypress trees, white sand beaches and abundant greenery. Like a secluded cove, this private refuge from the city bustle is a shelter in the eye of the storm.

The Fun

Though it's a pleasant escape from the busy city, it doesn't mean you can't kick up the action with a zippy rental vehicles like the Yamaha Waverunner III. Speedboat charters enable tubing, kneeboarding and waterskiing. There are lowered rates and longer rides for advanced water-skiers, but you're limited to three falls per ride, so don't embarrass yourself by being cheap.
