Upscale, romantic setting for a culinary tour of the eastern seaboard.

In Short
See well-trained aquatic life next door at SeaWorld, then eat the losers here. Its proximity to theme parks brings in the tourists, but Atlantis' broad selection draws in locals as well. The menu offers a host of first-rate seafood, as well as grilled offerings like veal chops with prosciutto and Gruyere or sirloin and scallops. Atlantis lobster bisque served with vintage cognac is a wonderful beginning. Follow with sauteed red snapper with a sweet pina colada butter. The grilled filet mignon and lobster, cooked in red wine and served with a pesto sauce, is also a catch.
- Pros: incredible seafood
