The menu offers a host of first-rate seafood, as well as grilled offerings like veal chops with prosciutto and Gruyere or sirloin and scallops. Atlantis lobster bisque served with vintage cognac is a wonderful beginning. Follow with sauteed red snapper with a sweet pina colada butter. The grilled filet mignon and lobster, cooked in red wine and served with a pesto sauce, is also a catch.
