If you love sports you will love NBA City. A great place for sports fans and anyone who loves the NBA. Kids are welcomed, adults and basically everyone has a wonderful time.
Stay Away!

Where do I begin? The service is horrible. It took forever to get our food, drink (and refills), not to mention that they forgot to put one of the orders in (had a party of 5). The food was not worth the cost, and I was not offered any type of discount to make up for waiting over 30 minutes for my son's chicken nuggets. Then, to top it all off, the tip is included in the bill no matter how many people are in your party. So, if the service is terrible (which it was) it's no loss to the waitress. So they have nothing to gain by doing a good job. Finally, both myself and my wife were sick with stomach cramps afterwards. So, do yourself a favor, pick another place to go at CityWalk. Stay away at all cost!
- Pros: Big screens to watch sports
- Cons: Service, Value, Quality of food
The food is out of this world

I was extremely impressed at the entire experience of this establishment. From the minute you walk in the door you are treated with a very welcoming and attentive staff. The excitement of the atmosphere makes it an electric experience. The food is beyond good. It has a unique and gourmet flavor I did not expect in such a family oriented place. The server is there for you, whatever the request. They make you feel like a king and queen. I have no regrets, other than not having experienced this sooner. I would HIGHLY recommend. The only thing I found a bit annoying was the volume of the screened TV's.
Bad Food, Terrible Service, Steal Money
by BonnieLK80 at Citysearch
Last night my boyfriend and I decided to go eat there, seeing as how we live in Orlando and had never been there. We get there and are seated in front of a group of men watching the game and screaming at the screen. So much for the romantic night. Then we order our food. We got the chicken fingers as an appetizer. When they arrived I was shocked at the small portion of chicken. There was more decoration on the plate then actual food. Then main course arrives. He gets his Philly Cheese steak. It looked like a gas station sandwich and the fried were burnt and bland. GROSS!!! My order was not brought up, so I figured ok, maybe mines taking a little longer. About 20 minutes go by and still no food. So the waitress comes by to ask how everything is and we tell her I have not gotten my food. She said I thought you didn't want anything. I was speechless. Then she proceeded to argue with me on whether or not I had ordered food, blaming me. So I went to speak with the manager. He also said it was pretty much our fault I never got food and offered a 10% discount......10%!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!! If this had happened anywhere else they would of given us the meal for free and probably then some. So, the bill after the discount was taken off was about 20$. We didn't leave that terrible waitress any tip. He checked his email today (the day after the incident) and found out that the MANAGER that had cashed us out had actually tacked 5$ on to the bill without our permission. So, to recap the so called romantic night...the food was terrible for the price, the waitress and manager argued with me and blamed me, I had to starve for the horrible hour and half we were there and then they STOLE OUR MONEY!!!
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
- Pros: THERE ARE NONE
- Cons: bad food, steal money, bad service
Great Atmosphere and good food.

This is a very nice place for the sports enthusiast. From entering the restaurant with all the sports memorabilia to the activities for the kids on the first floor. Its already great. I think it was list 3 levels, and there are flat screeens everywhere to watch the game. The aura of the place is awesome. Food is reasonable priced and its good. Its located in the Universal Studios Citywalk. So it already has a great attraction just from where its located. Good Choice. Two Thumbs up.
- Pros: Location, Ambience, Surrounding Crowd. Wait staff.
- Cons: A long walk from the parking structure.
Great overall experience!!

My family and I are from the Boston area and spent ten days in the Orlando area just recently. My two sons absolutely love the gaming area as well as the retail store (especially the Paul Pierce authentic jerseys we puchased).
The drink selection was quite good and we enjoyed our specialty martinis very much. To my surprise, the food was very, very good, as well, as the service we received. Very attentive, from when we walked in until we left during our two visits. My recommendation: a must visit! You will be very surprised and very pleased if you have not been here before. We will definitely be back during our next visit.
- Pros: All in one great experience!
- Cons: long lines in retail
Customer Service Like No Other Establishment
by sox09 at Citysearch
After spending a week in Orlando where it seems getting customers in and out like cattle is the main objective of restaurants, the experience was refreshing. Not only was my family of four treated like we were wanted there the food was tops of our trip. My children loved the game area and my youngest son was made to feel like a star when receiving his own personalized jersey. I definitely recommend visiting this location whether you're going to the attractions or not.
Great Experience!!!

It was great! Everything about it couldn't of been better! The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and my 4 year old son loved the games. Not what I expected from a "themed" restaurant, I figured it would be another Citywalk burger joint, but the food was top-notch! I had their Chef's Special, it was the Surf -N- Turf and it was fantastic, the steak was tender and the coconut shrimp were delicious. I highly recommend checking it out. It's worth going to even if you're not going to the parks.
- Pros: Food quality, friendly staff
- Cons: None

In Short
Like other dining establishments of the same ilk, NBA City has its fair share of sidebar entertainment, namely, the NBA City playground, the NBA City Club, and, of course, the NBA City Shop. The food is typical American fare--chicken wraps, wings, salads, burgers, pizza, steaks, pasta...you get the idea. The kids will enjoy taking bites out of the Pistons Pizza, the Bulls Burger, the Miami Heat Dog, the Philly 76ers Grilled Cheese or the Denver Nuggets.
