I scheduled cleanings - for my 2 children at Greenburg Dental. I arrived a little early to do paperwork as asked but waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before being seen. They took my children and I back to the chair and we waited 20 mins for the dentist. The only service that my children received was a 'visual oral inspection'...no cleanings. The admin staff told me that the Dental Hygenist only comes in once a week to do cleanings. I couldn't believe it- they are a large Dental practice and don't have a Dental Hygenist onsite...I waited 2 hrs for a 'visual oral inspection' and now have to come back. One other note...there was 1 TV in the waiting room no reading material or toys for kids- - "Don't waste your valuable time!!!"
Cons: Poor scheduling, poor customer service, unappealing wait room
