Bad service ...... VERY bad service. You should not have to hand things around. You not have to wait for water. You should not have to wait for service. Appetizers should be served together.

Very disappointing. The food was good but not great and the service left a great deal to be desired. Once our order was served our waitress never returned to our table until we finally summoned a bus person to get the check. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for our plates to be cleared. We would have liked more water, wine, coffee and possibly dessert but were never offered. I felt we were ignored for the entire meal. I will not return.

Cons: Service

Not the "best" steak place, but certainly decent for Florida. It took awhile for the waiter to even come over to ask if we'd like anything to drink, so just think how much LONGER it took them to finally bring the drink over.. The steak was nicely cooked, just as i had ordered, the appetizers were OK, didn't impress me much. O, and it would be nice if they'd greet us when we walk in and out vs. just staring at us.. *sigh* i guess you can't expect much from FLdians.

Pros: At least the steaks were cooked decent

Cons: Service could be improved ALOT

The steak is so excellent! We were brought plates that finished cooking our meat to perfection! The food is high in quality and the pace is slow enough to enjoy your meal but quick enough that you don't have to wait long before enjoying more food! Not being from the area we weren't sure what to expect but our expectations were exceeded and when will return!

Take it from a meat eater, Del's has the best steak. I won't downgrade a wine bar when I don't like the the beer there. It is not a trendy spot or even a romantic place. It is what a steakhouse should be. Loud, crowded, and unruly w/ dark wood, big cabernets, large shrimp, sizzling plates w/ slabs of meat and Sinatra in the background.Miss being able to smoke a cigar. Been to the other Del's in Vegas and NY, Orlando is my favorite for the food. Found out Orlando is the only family owned.

Pros: Steaks/lobter, service, wine bottle list

Cons: parking , wines by the glass, very busy(wait)

I dined with a large group of people for a special occasion. Many people in my party have been here before and had a great time. I, however was not impressed. The decor was mediocre, if that. The appetizers were good but nothing special. My salad was good. I ordered the lobster bisque as a meal and they had run out by the time every one's steak had come. Three other diners at my table received their lobster bisque as an appetizer yet, it was depleted by the time diner was served! I did share the African rock lobster with others. That too was disappointing. I've had better lobster in Kansas City. I also sat for over 20 minutes with no wine. My glass had been taken away, and replaced with an uncorked bottle sitting in front of me. Needless to say, DelFrisco's is off my list.

Pros: Appetizers, Salad

Cons: Service, Lobster

I've been there twice. My biggest advice; do not get put in the back room which really does feel like a different restaurant. Otherwise I have to say it's a great place across the board, my favorite thing there...the creamed corn, best on the planet. The lobster tails are obscenely expensive, but really no worse than anywhere else. I really like the place.

Our 3rd and final visit. My wife and I have been here on 3 different occasions. The building is dated and while many say that is part of the charm, it really is just run down. The service has been consistently inconsistent. On our last visit, was told we did not have a reservation(we did). Waiter was clearly more interested in the larger parties next to us as we got little attention. My steak was overcooked and my wife got the wrong order and we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right order. No one apologized or even saw this as a problem. I've been to Del's in other cities and never had a bad experience but something is amiss at this Del's in Orlando. Was told it's a franchise so that might explain a lot.

Pros: free valet parking

Cons: inconsistent service, needs renovation, scary neighborhood

This is a definite must if you are looking for a place to impress out of town guests. The food is perfection, the service impeccable. Del Friscos will please every diner. The prices are high but worth every penny.
