Hmm where to start how about rude staff, rude patrons, and high prices. Never have I seen such a large collection of nerds who are also jerks. If you are looking for a game or hobby store look else where try rhubarb games or Colosseum of comics.
Pros: Big store lotsa stuff
Cons: Horrible experiance at high prices ask any hobbiest who doesnt go there regularly.
