slumlord

this place is run by a real slumlord. they dont care for the tenents. they will not fix your trailer. they spend no money on the tenents. the management does not work with you. it is all a lie. the owner is too scared to come to his own property.

• Cons: everything, narcotics, non working trailers

This mobile home park offers a convenient location near I-4, and is close to the bus route, too. Management is flexible and easy to work with. Rates are extremely reasonable.
