Great Service

I happened to find this salon through the internet and figured it was worth a shot. I needed a bikini wax for my cruise tomorrow and my normal girl was out of town. From the moment I called, I received outstanding service. So much so that I also told them over the phone that I would also get a hair cut.

Jenny did my bikini wax. She was not only friendly but very thorough!

Rachel, my hairdresser, was awesome! I gave her complete control of what to do with my hair and she did not dissapoint. I had not had a hair cut in awhile and was at a loss of what to do with it. Rachel took her time and was super friendly, I left with a great new look and renewed self confidence.

I then had a pumpkin pedicure and manicure. It was great! I was totally not planning on doing this service but they were so friendly there that I just made an afternoon of it. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hidden spa is. I would definitely recommend it :-)

staff. Must say that, I was thoroughly impressed with

how knowledgeable JENNIE was in her craft. I have

had facial in the past, but have been dissatisfied...

Rachels the best

Rachel understood what i wanted and was super friendly. i have really long her and she was not in a rush or was not bothered that she had to straighten it. every one is super friendly.

I LOVE My Hair, Thank you Rachel!

I just got my hair done on Wednesday and I absolutely Love it! I keep getting complements just like the first time. Definitely coming back. Rachel is funny, sweet and so patient. Thank you for such a relaxing time and awesome results.

nice salon

I had my hair cut and highlighted by Lezely several times and always loved it. But when i called this time they said she had moved back to Miami. I made an appointment with Rachel and hoped for the best. She shaped up my long layers and touched up my highlights. My hair looks just as good, if not better. A couple of days later the owner called just to see how my hair was, it made me feel like they really care. I recommend this salon to anyone.

BORING Haircut...

After reading reviews I decided to make an appointment with Lezly. The haircut was BORING. I asked for side bangs and she literally grabbed a piece of hair and cut it straight across. Didn't even bother to texturize the bangs or cut them at an angle...nothing. I literally had to pin my bangs up until they grew out again. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience but definitely not the best one.

Melissa is FANTASTIC!

I had gotten my hair cut at another salon here in Orlando and was not pleased with the results. After a couple months of letting my hair grow back to an acceptable length I went to Profiles to get it fixed and have the style that I wanted put into my hair. Melissa was amazing!! She listened to what I asked for and told me everything that she was doing before she did it. I walked out of the salon with exactly what I wanted and more! All my friends love my new hair style! I'm defiantly coming back to Profiles anytime I need something done with my hair! My next step is to try some of their facials and massages!!

Rachel is the BEST!

Rachel is awesome! She has true natural talent. I went in not knowing what type of style I was looking for. Rachel gave me several ideas on color and cut for my face. The results were amazing!! I get compliments daily from strangers about my color and highlights. I would recommend Rachel to anyone!

I hate going to get my hair cut because no one seems to listen to what I tell them. I appreciate a little artistic freedom and all, but it's my hair and I know how I want it to look, thank you very much! So needless to say, I was tentative about getting my hair cut by someone new. Amazingly, Rachel listened to what I had to say. She offered a couple of suggestions based on what I told her, and I was very happy with the results. Thanks a lot Rachel!
