Everyone rocks at Profiles! I have to say, that I have been so happy with my services at Profiles! I take care of my hair, Mani's, pedi's, facials or any waxing I need done,"You name it"! Profiles is a one stop shop for me and love it! I am so glad that I have found a place like this salon and spa!

I went to Profiles Salon after reading that the do the best highlights in Orlando. Lezlie did my hair and she did an awesome job! She was truly concerned that I was 100% happy with it before I left. Everyon there was so friendly and fun! I love my hair and have tons of compliments, I would highly reccommend them to everyone!

FACIALS Jennie Beasley is the official estatician at Profiles. Not only does she give great facials but she's very knowledgeable. I love her purple, calm, and tranquil facial room. She is very down to Earth and perseptive of your feelings and needs. If you want to chat she will chat, if you want to be in silence she really senses it and lets you relax. I have recently purchased products that she recommended for my skin type. Dermologica is a great line and I really see the difference in my skin. My recent trip to Berlin back in March proved Dermoligica's power. Co-workers that traveled with me were complaining about how there skin was so dry in Berlin because of the weather. Their moisturizer was not cutting it. I did not have that problem because I was using Dermologica's active moisturizer. It really made my skin feel great, especially when it was -2 degrees celsius. From that time on I knew that Jennie's expert advise was great and my skin's beauty truly is because of her.

Jac has been doing my hair for the last year, I highly recommend Jac at Profiles. He does great color and highlights and hair cuts. I have really thick hair with a mind of it's own and he is the only stylist to tame it to my satisfaction. Jac also introduced me to Jennie and I have had two facials with her. I never had a facial before so I was a little nervous, but she has such a great personality and puts you at ease immediately. My skin looks and feels great. I highly recommend Jennie at Profiles.

Pros: friendly, professional staff

Cons: traffic on Colonial is heavy

I have noticed this salon for some time, finally decided to stop in on my lunch break yesterday. Lezly was wonderful, she shaped up my long layers & made me very comfortable. She listened & didn't get scissor happy with me! Thank goodness! I am going back next week to let her put highlights in so I will be summer ready!

Pros: very warm, comfortable feel, everyone was nice

I have been getting my hair done at Profiles for about 15 years by Jac and what can I say? He is wonderful, always has a smile on his face and always willing to take that extra step to please you. Anyway, my husband gave me a gift certificate from Profiles as a Christmas present, I decided to use it toward a facial. I have had a few facials while on vacation, but nothing like this! Jennie was so kind and sweet, she took the time to ask me questions about my skin and skin regimen, then did a skin analysis. The ensuing facial was soothing and relaxing. I didn't want to leave the bed!

As I was on my way to Party City I noticed a salon next door & while I was shopping I started thinking that I really would like a new hair style, so I stopped in. I was warmly greeting by a pretty young lady & she said she had someone available for me. I told the hairdresser what I thought I might like, he said that would fit my face very well & he said I should get a few highlights to really accentuate it. I love the new me & so does my family, especially my mom, so I called & got her an appointment with the same guy who did my hair. She has curly, baby fine, thinning hair, so she was a little concerned, he gave her a wonderful hair style & a new color. She is very happy as well. We both will be loyal customers & hope my sister & sister-inlaw will go there too.

I am new in town & checked out the reviews at Orlando City Search & liked what I read about Profiles, so called & got an appointment with Jamyl. She is awesome! I had let my hair go with trying to get settled in & also I was a little worried about trying someone new! She gave me awesome highlights & a great long layered haircut. I am so happy I have found my new salon!

Pros: Everyone was friendly & helpful, loved having a glass of wine

I love this salon. I went in for what I thought was gonna be the average haircut that I usually get when I go to other salons... but little did I know, that I was gonna be leaving with a really awesome Fo-hawk! The stylist James did it for me, he even suggested it and I love that type thinking... out of the box. My hair looked totally sweet. The chick at the front desk was the best though, let me explain. She suggested the type of gel to use and even gave me some sweet info on styling and stuff. I highly recommend profiles. :) happy customer. ~Alessandro~

Pros: they work with your ideas... they will give you advice and suggestions... good stuff!

Cons: cant think of any..... ohhh wait wait... naaa haha just kidding, no cons. All pros, literally!! this place rocks!

I've been going to Profiles for years and the former owner (Dennis) did my hair and always made fun of me when I would come in to have him fix my color from trying to go somewhere in Lake County. Well I went to see Jesse for one of my "fixes" and I will never go anywhere else again. She a fabulous job- she got the foils so close that I look like I have blond hair growing out of my scalp and the cut was perfect! I felt like a movie star when I left! It's worth the drive! And I love the Caviar shampoo and conditioner! Thanks a million Jesse!

Pros: Jesse spent a lot of time making sure she understood what I needed!

Cons: The drive from Lake county is a small sacrifice for such great work!
