Grrreat Place!
by Deckman at Citysearch
Great Place to start out. Cheap drinks and good atmosphere. People are friendly but double up on the drinks when you order as you might be waiting some time until you can get to the bar or wait for the server. All in all, Highly recommended. Top level is the place to be!
- Pros: Atmosphere, Easy walk to others, Hot Women
- Cons: Slow Service if Busy, crowded

Has Potential, Misses the Mark

This place COULD be a great casual hang-out. COULD because not only do you have to fight your way to the back of the ground floor club, trek up the back 3 flights of stairs, THEN you have to fight the shoulder to shoulder crowd to get to the bar. This place is WAY overcrowded, no place to move and not to mention that half the crowd was mid 40's to 50's. The music sounded horrible and the DJ (can you call him that?) was basically some nerd on a computer pointing and clicking. A waste of my $5 cover charge.
- Pros: Cool roof-top atmosphere
- Cons: Inconvenient location, overcrowded, bad sound system, cover charge
Best Friday or Saturday night hangout!!!!

Fun open air roof top bar, with a cool island tiki theme!! Great music, always busy and full of singles.
- Pros: Music and atmosphere make this location great!!
A rooftop bar complete with a killer view.

The Scene
This rooftop's bar is done in an obvious tiki/Key West motif with bamboo decorations, wood-planked walkways and the usual "island" trappings. Torches outline the bar's perimeter and there are plenty of four-top tables scattered about. Top 40 music blares from strategically placed loudspeakers, making conversation difficult at times.
The Draw
There just aren't too many views like this in Orlando, especially downtown. The best view is the one facing the SunTrust tower and Church Street below; great for people-watching or some serious daydreaming. The bar's backside view is less attractive as the angle affords only other rooftops and alley ways. Latitudes offers the standard domestic and import beer selections (as well as a full liquor service), though a Corona with a twist of lime will get you in the mood. The massive crowds--even during the week--can make getting to the bar an uncomfortable process, so make those stops strategic.
The only bar worth going to

I am serious, I love this place. Hot and muggy on certain nights, but other than that I start and end here! HOT looking staff, great drinks (very strong) and completley outside!! You can see all of Downtown from outside. Felt like a Manhattan Bar in the middle of Orlando.
- Pros: Great View, Great Drinks, Great Staff
- Cons: Rain, Muggy at times, Chilly at Times
great place, much better then chillers

The place is beautiful and the service was great. The bartenders are beautiful but they need to change their tacky easter-egg colored shirts. Overall great place to go on W/TR/F/ and S nights.
- Pros: great scene, sexy crowd, sexy bartenders
- Cons: high prices, bad drink specials, music kinda sucks
Great Time With Your Friends

Going to this bar entitles you to three bars in one: "Chillers" on the first floor, "Big Belly Brewery," on the second floor, and "Latitudes" on the Roof top third floor. There's a direct staircase to "Latitudes" from the street level, or you can take the back staircase or elevator located in "Chillers."
Nothing special about the drinks at "Latitudes," but the scene, and atmosphere makes this bar unique. "Chillers" is an open air bar with gas fed Tiki torches throughout. The back of the bar has a tower you can climb stairs to reach, while at the front of the bar has a ledge you can stand at while watching the busy crowds on Church Street down below. I'd say that this bar is ideal for meeting a group of your friends, listening to great music, and conversing with your friends for the rest of the night.
- Pros: View, Atmoshpere, Trendy Scene
- Cons: Weather
