If you are big into watching sports out this is the place to come. Their up beat environment is inviting. Multiple TV's billiards and more. They serve food so bring your appetite. Cost is $ to $$. Clean and friendly workers. Will go again.
good place to watch a sporting event

I have basically been only in the bar area but they have so many tv's that no matter where you sit you can see 3 or 4 tv's. The food is average, but the bar service is good. They are always looking to see if you need more drinks and they are friendly as well.
- Pros: the crowd, tv's
- Cons: the crowd

The brownie hot fudge sundae was fabulous! My hubby and oldest daughter had them for their dinner...but be aware...it has nuts.
Great Place for Bar Food and a Game...
by ittraveler at Citysearch
We ate here while on business, I opted for the Porterhouse steak. I think this was an example of you get what you pay for. It was not a very good piece of meat and required me to soak it in A1 for it to taste good. The atmosphere is great, with plenty of TV's.
The appetizers were really good and large quantities.
- Pros: Fun atmosphere, Inexpensive
- Cons: Mediocre Steak
Unpretentious stick-to-your-ribs food prepared in a haven for sports fanatics.

The Scene
The Ale House is one of the state's mini-chains. All share the same basic menu, decor and commitment to satisfying, far-from-fancy food. The decor is reminiscent of a sports bar, with bench-like seats and thick wooden tables. TVs are hung throughout, although the noise level usually remains tolerable.
The Food
Start off with the deep-fried conch fritters, a taste of Key West. The Ale House Combo--a platter of potato skins, conch fritters, fried mushrooms, mozzarella sticks and sauces--feeds a crowd. Baby back ribs are generously portioned, fall-off-the-bone tender and smothered in a tangy sauce. Another good bet for dinner is the blackened prime-rib sandwich. The burgers are big and juicy. The brownie hot fudge sundae is the star of the small dessert menu.

Good eats, nice ambience!

For those of you who don't consider McDonald's and Subway to be "cuisine", this is a pretty good choice. No, you won't find a $.99 cheeseburger here, but what you will find is a GOOD cheeseburger and a good beer with which to wash it down! The atmosphere is also a bit more comfortable!

The atmosphere is not even close to Friday's Front Row or JB's
You can really get into the game at these places, unlike Orlando Ale House.

Says Ale but think Seafood
by darrellk at Citysearch
Variety and value are two good word s to describe the Ale House. The beer menu is very large with some good brews, if a bit common, even for the better beers. Food menu is simple but complete from huge nachos to huge 20 oz steaks. I think that the seafood is the best and despite being more of a sports bar than a fine dining room, they really don't have any bad dishes.
The place is large with many TV's but is surprisingly not too loud.
A great place to take the family, or a date or hang out to watch a game.
- Pros: Good Beer Selection, Excellent Seafood, Great Value
- Cons: Can get a bit smokey
