I received a spa package deal with a manicure, pedicure, facial, 1 1/2 hour massage, and lunch. After the pedicure, I went to the waiting room to wait for my massage. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked someone for my robe for my massage. The owner came out and stated, There's been a snafu, and your services are done for the day. How could that be? She treated me like I was being thrown out, didnt apologize, tried to overcharge me, and claimed that my husband had written in the manicure and the lunch and that they were not included. She had no excuse for my not getting my massage appointment but said that I cancelled the massage which I did not and Heather knew it. I went out of my way to get a babysitter and she blamed her mistake on me.

PROS: Jennifer was nice, manicurist was nice, and girl who did facial

CONS: Lying receptionist Heather, Rude Owner, Overpriced, canceled my appointment

My favorite Spa in O-Town

I love this spa! It is hard for me to believe these negative reviews. I have used Euro atleast once a year for the last 3 years. It has always been an excellent and professional experience. I have had massages, facials, pedis, and my favorites the WRAPS!!! The only mistake I have ever experienced is getting too LONG of a massage and there was No extra charge. I have used gift certificates and NEVER had a problem. They even let me swap one treatment for another with no extra charge. This place is very relaxing and never snooty. I would recommend Euro to everyone!!

Love this spa, highly recommend it!

I have been to this spa many of times. I have NEVER had a bad experience, nor have any of my friends. The staff is very well trained & believe me, they know what they are doing. It is shocking to me that this spa would EVER get a bad review! The staff is friendly, caring & always makes me feel welcome. Thank you to the Euro Day Spa for always making me feel special!

This spa I have been going to for years. It is a wonderful relaxing place to go. The staff is well trained and very professional. I had the best facial I have ever had. I like the fact that it is family owned and operated. I felt like the staff was concentrating on me and my needs. It was a great time. Go and check it out, it is well worth the money.

The attitude of the staff is lets treat the customers with as little respect as possible. I was involved in a schedule error and was bascially shown the door: can you believe a business that would send a customer that was begging to spend money with them out the door, not only did that happen I was told they could "work" me in full week later, the good news about that is that I have plently of time to research a new place to go. I have used this spa mostly because of its Winter Park location but trust me a longer drive would be well worth it. MY ADVICE DON'T GO TO EURO DAY SPA AND TELL YOUR BOYFRIENDS AND HUSBANDS NOT TO DROP BY FOR A GIFT CERTIFICATE.

• Cons: If you have been to any top spas you will be VERY disappointed

Fabulous Treatments!!

My boyfriend surprised me with a day at the spa. It could not have been a better experience for me. I have been to almost EVERY spa in town, including the Very high end & Very expensive resorts. My experience was wonderful! I had a facial, pedicure & a massage. Everyone was extremely professional. The therapists definately know what they are doing. All of the therapists that i came in contact with had been there 41/2 years and longer. That in itself told me alot! I adore going to the spa & this one was one of BEST spa's that i've been to, including spa's out of the country. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants experienced therapists & just an overall great experience!! They get an A++ in my book!!

• Cons: I have no cons. I hade an overall fabulous experience!

Not worth the money

I had the exact same bad experience that another reviewer had. I saw the warning on this site and called the day before only to find out that our reservations were gone! I have been there in the past and did not have a problem but it is not the same place it use to be.

FABULOUS!!

I love this spa!! The staff is very friendly and professional. I had one of the best facials ever! I love the low lighting, music, spa robes and slippers, hot teas --- everything is here for a perfect day of relaxation! The treatments are the best! Highly Recommended!!!

Unreliable and rude

I made a reservation a month in advance to take a friend here for her birthday and drove 6 hours to celebrate with her. When I called to check on our appointments the night before (having been alerted by another review on this same webside that they lose appointments), guess what, they had no record of our appointments. The confirmation number they had given me was useless. They disconnected me and when I called back, they were downright rude.

I received a gift certificate, but by time I had to deal with all of the problems of making an appointment it wasn't worth the effort.

Unfortunate

I used to love this place but something has changed in the last few months. My appointment was not on the book and they couldn't do anything to help me. They had great massage people, but not worth the hassle!
