I won't be back!!
by Hermanalz at Citysearch
This restaurant was named a 'neighborhood gem' on another website. I can't imagine which neighborhood that might be. The food was good but nothing extraordinary. The service was the worst I have seen in a long time. It is true that snce I had the misfortune of eating there on a Saturday night the restaurant was packed. However, it is the responsibilty of the manager to know how many tables the staff can handle properly. If she does not have the correct amount of staff needed to give the clients the attention they deserve and are paying for then she should not seat all available tables. Because of this poor management you get a restaurant full of unattended patrons. I, for one, will not return.

Went here for a first date on a Sunday night. It wasn't too busy and we were there to mainly talk and drink some wine. Our server understood this but kindly checked in with us occasionally. The food (Mahi and Salmon) was fresh, cooked perfectly and the presentation was great. Overall, we recommend it!
- Pros: Great Service
- Cons: None

Great Food!! Great Service!!

I recently visited the new location on Lake Eola and had a great experience. I am surprised at the other comments, I recieved only the best service from our server Lisa. I was greeted immediately and told the specials, our drinks arrived quickly, and her food recommendations were great. The tuna kobachi is amazing!!! I think that everyone should give it a try. Its my new favorite restaurant in the downtown area.
- Pros: food, service, great location on the lake
Wonderful Time at 310 Lakeside!

My wife and I don't have a chance to go out much anymore since the birth of our son. So, when we do go out, it is usually to a restaurant we know and love. Last weekend, however, we decided to give a new place a try and we were very impressed! We started at the bar with drinks and appetizers and the two bartenders took care of us like we were the only ones there even though they had a relatively full bar! We were having such a good time at the bar that we asked the hostess to hold our table a bit longer. She was very gracious with our request. When we did finally tear ourselves away from the bar and into the dining room Lou, our server, was fantastic! His food and wine knowledge was impeccable as was his service. My wife and I went with his suggestions on all accounts and we were very happy! I had the Filet special of the evening and she had the fish. The demi glaze on the Filet was some of the best I've ever had and she loved her Snapper! Unfortunately, we were too stuffed for dessert even though everything on the dessert tray looked especially tasty. All in all, we had a great romantic evening at 310. The location is right across from Lake Eola which makes for a nice after dinner stroll. We live downtown and have been to all of the restaurants in that area. We now have a new favorite in 310! Give them a try and ask for Lou!

I had a great experience at 310 Lakeside! Our server was friendly and gracious and made recommendations of his favorites. I really enjoyed our ahi tuna appetizer and my mushroom ravioli was delicious. We sat outside on the patio and listened to live music and even stayed longer because the singer was so good. I'm happy 310 has a second location. Although I live closer to the restaurant located on Park Avenue, I would gladly travel the few extra miles downtown to eat at 310 Lakeside again!
310 Lakeside...HUGE Mistake
by megc1 at Citysearch
This is actually a rating for 310 Lakeside but since they do not have their own website this is where it goes.
Last night my husband had made a dinner reservation for us for my birthday. As Restaurant Managers in a downtown Orlando Restaurant we were appalled at the level of service or lack-there-of that we never received last night. I say that because we were seated promptly by the hostess and then sat there in the middle of an almost empty dining room (one other table) and were never greated by anyone. We could see 3 servers huddled around the computer who then proceeded to walk past us having not said a word. After about 8-10 minutes of nothing we got up and left. Not ONE person said a word to us, not even the hostess who had just seated us...nothing...
We've always enjoyed 310 Park South in Winter Park and decided to give their new location a try. BIG mistake. They should have stuck with the one!!

Entrees range from salads and sandwiches to filet mignon and roasted duck, plus specialty martinis and Sunday brunch.
After walking on the Avenue

310 Park South is one of our favorite places to go for great food that is reasonably priced (for Park Avenue). The menu has something for everyone and isnt your typical American cuisine. Try to be seated out by the sidewalk at dusk for a little more romance, but seating is limited. If you like tuna, try the tuna salad or the tuna entree. One of my favorites was the chicken tarragon entree. If you are worried about a smoky restaurant because of the bar, do worry. The bar area is separated from the main dining section. They do have a good wine list and beer selection. Overall - good food without empting your wallet.
- Pros: Really good service, Great variety, Not Over Priced
- Cons: Lmted Outdoor Seating
