Just like the title says, this place is a LOCAL FAVORITE.. you can go there to watch the games, you can go to play pool, or you can go to a place where everyone knows your name. Very devoted facility to the community. Sponsors teams around town..Awesome!
Though technically in the city limits of Winter Park, rest assured that this is not some uppity, yuppie watering hole.

This neighborhood bar hosts a colorful cast of regulars and features a battery of pool tables and live entertainment. The wood paneling, hotel carpeting and Budweiser signs suggest that this place is in a late-'70s time warp, but that only adds to the atmosphere. I have been going to Spatz for around 18 years. The bar is a 70's throughback with tunes that match the interior. From the locals to the bartenders this place makes you feel right at home with no pressure and a feeling that you are wanted. Spatz has great beers, drinks and food and shows the NFL ticket on Sundays. Jerry and Fred are the owners and go out of their way to please you. Ask for Pam, she is from Cincy and loves her Bengals.
