Laser FInance is a good company. The only reason you would ever have a problem with them is if you did not make your payments. How simple is that. Besides, I don't know anyone that works for free unless they are sentenced to community service or independently wealthy.

This company is outstanding. The customer service is number one in my book!!!! Their is no need to go anywhere else when you can be at laser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If we had more companys in Florida that has appreciation for the customers this state would be number on in the union!!

They have been very nice with me since I start working with them, If i have a problem they listen and work with you to help you go thru difficult times. I like them very much. Excelent customer service.

Customer services at laser finance is horible. Dorah is very un proffessional needs to be train better. They try to tell you what to and how to do it. they try to put fear in you. when it comes down to it they do not even keep good records of the customer or their insurance paper. always there is a problem about insurance paper. got to give them proof of paper over ten time. like i said they need better customer services reps & better training. in the future i will go some where else.

They are rude, contradicting (of themselves), change their stories consistanly and always getting caught in lies. They aren't worth it no matter how desperate you are (believe me, I've been there and would NEVER do it again!!)
