I had previously been to this hair cuttery once and received great service, but once my favorite stylist left, the management and service went downhill. After being told the wait would be 30 minutes, we left after an hour and a half wait. Upon complaining to the manager, they said that they had called our names, but due to the fact that we were forced to sit in the back by the request of one of the employees, we could not hear our names called. The management seemed uncaring.

PROS: Price

CONS: Unorganized, bad management, unhelpful employees
