I will never again go into this place due to their horrible customer service and lack of good hair cutting skills. I used to go there a few years ago, but it is just plain awful now. There is always an extremely long wait, the store just doesn't seem to be the cleanest and they don't do a good job. My nephew was taken there and they cut his hair completely crooked and when we complained they did offer to fix it, but not before telling us how it was his fault it got messed up since he must have moved. They've also cut mine and other family members hair crooked so we take our business elsewhere.
