I have been getting my hair done with Judy at Beauti Hair and Spa for the last 6 months which use to be called Capello. I have never had such healthier hair and the color is awesome. The new owner is very nice and the staff is awesome. I have sent at least 5 of my gil friends to the salon and its been a great experience for all of us. I will always go back and recommend trying the salon. I also had a spray tan and it was the best spray tan I have ever had. it was not ORANGE or STREAKY the color was so natural everyone at my gym asked where I had been. I said it was a spray tan and they wanted to go get it done AWESOME COLOR!! Highly Recommend it.

I used to go to Capello way back when Tony was the owner and it was a really good hair salon with quite the clientele. Now, from what I've heard it's a joke. My Mother was there recently and said she got a good pedicure but they were playing Christian music really loud and it really offended her. From what I hear the place is constantly changing owners and now it's called Beauti something. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless Tony comes back from Italy or they make it a restaurant.

I went to this salon because it was close to home and because of this site. I had a terrible experience. The person that I originally had an appointment with was no longer working there, as were most of the staff. This salon is very large, and it struck me as odd that there were only 2 stylists working on a Saturday. The woman doing my hair said most of the staff had quit, which I thought was inappropriate, and she did a horrible job on my hair. I didn't get the color or cut that I wanted, and had to pay $150 for it! I will not go back.

Went to Capello based on reviews. Made appointment 3 weeks in advance and requested a specific hair stylist. No one called to confirm appt. Arrived on time, was then told another stylist and 'master colorist' would cut and color my hair , the one I wanted took the day off. Combed, rather ripped thru my fine wet tangled hair with a very fine tooth small comb, saying 'let me know if this hurts' while I could hear my hair ripping as she did. Had sloppy 'speed' coloring and it showed. Left the salon with 1" of brown dye around forehead by hairline she didn't even try to get off or say she was sorry. The cut, not much effort was given. Website is all form-no substance. Will not recommend or ever go back.

Since hitting my 40's, I've become more and more concerned with aging and the appearance of my skin. I've been in the sun much of my life, and now it has caught up to me. I tried microdermabrasion with Lori, and had a wonderful experience. I'm almost done with my series, and my skin looks so much better. The products she recommended have done wonders for my face. It is always a nice experience and I would recommend Capello.

Pros: friendly staff, reasonable price

I went to Capello's based on the ratings from this very site, and in my opinion they are WAY off. The service was at best average, and I gave them 3 chances to prove they deserved the great ratings they get. The first two times I went for a cut, and each time it was sort of close to what I wanted, but not close enough. The third time I tried color, with their best colorist and ended up with orange hair, though i asked for a rich brunette color. I went to SHINE salon to have it fixed and have found one of Orlando's best kept secrects! Go to Tony at SHINE instead! They are AMAZING!!!!

Today I decided to get my hair cut since I had just moved to Florida I needed a new, good salon. I found Capello on this website and called today and got an appointment for today. I arrived 10 min early and checked in although I got overlooked it was an honest mistake. My haircut turned out great the stylest was great other than the misunderstanding it was a good salon.

What a great time I had! A whole day of pampering, thanks to my sweetie :), without the stuffy atmosphere. I had such a blast, the girls that work there are so much fun. Thank you all so much... I left simply beautiful with a smile on my face.

I had a cut somewhere else and it was horrible. I went to capellos to have it fixed and they were great. They got me in without making an appontment, they helped me leave the experience I had at the other salon at the door. I was very relaxed in there and because they were able to accomodate me I will now be a client for life.

Pros: fast, supportive, honest

I had highlights, w/ bleach, put in my hair back in November, it was not done right and it is still fried and dead because of it. I was not impressed w/ this salon at all, and my hair went from being brown to basically grayish white.....

Cons: expensive
