Amazing, magical place. A gem in Central Florida.

Wow, I can't disagree with the other writer here more. If you cannot get peace of mind at this ashram, then you're missing the point of any of the talking that does go on. Listening to the teachers is part of the gift. I've been doing yoga for nearly 10 years--and have done many styles of yoga many places all over the country--and nothing compares to the beauty and magic that happens at the Kundalini Yoga School at the Baba Siri Chand Ashram. Central Florida is lucky to have such a gem of a place with such amazing teachers.

• Pros: Ambience, Teachers.
• Cons: Gets a little crowded sometimes. Schedule is limited.

If you are looking for peace of mind you won't find it there

I love Kundilini yoga and the center is beautiful. I just can't understand why the teacher's persist in talking non stop all the way through the classes! There is no chance to reflect on one's own thoughts and get some peace of mind. Constant , rapid fire chatter from the teachers is just down right annoying. It is what I want to go to yoga classes to break free from in everyday life!

Kundalini and power yoga for beginners, experienced students or expecting mothers taught in a 1,000-square-foot studio overlooking park-like grounds.
