Never will go there again!!!

I ordered my dress August 2008 and it is now January 2nd and I still have not received my dress. The owner has no customer service at all. Refused to return our money refused to help at all. They all keep giving me the run around on where my dress is. It's an Alfred Angelo dress and we paid cash in full at the time of buying the dress. The dress was suppose to take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks. I called on November 17th when it should have been there and they said it's on back order. I called again in a week again it's on back order!!! Do not use this company. They just wanted my money and now they said that I have plenty of time to recieve the dress.

VERY UNPROFFESIONAL PEOPLE & MONEY HUNGRY

I BOUGHT A GOWN I LIKED ,(1) BECAUSE IT WAS THE GOWN I LIKED,(2) IT WAS ON SALE FOR $100.00 DOLLARS (3)BECAUSE THE GOWN I PUT ON LAYAWAY THEY SOLD.WHEN I CONFRONTED MY SALES PERSON ROSE,SHE SAID NO ONE HAD PUT IT BACK. IT WAS HER RESPONSIBILITY TO DO THAT CONSIDERING SHE WAS THE SALES PERSON.ROSE SAID I WOULD BE CREDITED THE MONEY I PUT ON THE DRESS $200.00 DOLLARS.I FOUND A DRESS FOR $300.00 DOLLARS I LIKED MY ORIGINAL DRESS $ 500.00 DOLLARS.IWAS LOOKING FOR A DRESS I COULD PAY WITH THE REST OF MY MONEY SO I COULD TAKE IT HOME THAT DAY,SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOOSING IT AGAIN.WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR THE DRESS ROSE CALLED EDUARD TO RING UP THE DRESS SO COULD GET MY CREDIT.EDUARD REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY CREDIT USING EVERYTHING FROM MY PAYMENT WAS LATE (I SHOWED UP TWO DAYS EARLIER THAN THE PAYMENT DATE) TO SOMEBODY WROTE A FAKE RECIEPT. I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT PAYING FULL PRICE FOR THE GOWN WHEN THEY HAD $200.00 DOLLARS OF MY MONEY.I WENT BACK UP STAIRS INTO THE CLEARANCE SECTION, I GOT LUCKY I FOUND A DRESS THAT I FELL IN LOVE WITH MY SISTER WAS WITH ME WHO FLEW IN FROM JERSEY TO GET HER DRESS FOR THE WEDDING.MY SISTER HELPED ME TRY IT ON BECAUSE ROSE HAD A FIT THAT SHE WAS GOING TO MAKE NOTHING OFF THE SALE TO HER CO-WORKER ,ANDTOLD HER TO LEAVE I DIND'T NEED HER ATTITUDE WHEN I LOST MY DRESS AND MONEY BECAUSE OF HER.THE DRESS FIT PERFECT ,I NEED NO ALTERATIONS AT ALL.MY SISTER AND I WERE SO IN LOVE WITH THE DRESS I BOUGHT IT,IT WAS ONE OF THE STORES MOST BEAUTIFUL GOWNS THERE.MY THME WAS A PRINCESS WEDDING AND THE DRESS FELL RIGHT INTO IT.I WENT TO THE COUNTER AND PAID FOR IT,HER CO-WORKER SAID YOU MADE A GOOD SALE,ROSE SAID YA WITH THE COMMISSION I CAN BUY A BAG OF CANDY,WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS LISTENING.I WAS HOT AT HER REMARKS AND AFTER I PAID FOR THE GOWN MADE SURE EVERY ONE IN THE STORE ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS HEARD WHAT THEY HAD DONE AND SAW MY RECIEPT.WHEN I WAS DONE EDUARD GAVE ME MY $200.00 DOLLARS BACK AGAIN AND TOLD ME IF I CAME BACK HE WOULD TRESSPASS ME

Really personable employees. They really did try hard to find me a great gown, and were super nice to my mom.

The consultant, Vicky and the manager on duty were really nice. Her name was Rose.

They really went all out to find a gown that I liked and looked good on me. Even though the fifth one I tried on was the one I thought I wanted, she kept looking until she found one that suited my figure better. I didn't even ask her to do that, but she was right. And it even cost $50 less.

They sort of treated me like a new found daughter. They got the right gown and were very nice to me. They helped my mom with the same no-pressure help and were talking all about the weddings they ve done and been in and helped with.

It was a great experience. Not a fancy frou-frou appointment at an expensive salon, but then again, I'm a real person. And they treated me like that.

• Cons: not a stuck-up, fancy place

Never going back,old used very price items,costumer service stinks, manager Eduard the worst, sniki lowlife

I do not understand why some one will go there

when there are stores like Dave's brida or the other store (at altamonte mall first level) have brand new items and 60% lower than Brenner'sbridal

The price tags are so confusing and the the manager Eduard very sniki and lowlife

never going back and NEVER recomended

Why use Irany close and indian close when we have american stors and close

the worst experience in my whole life

On august 23 2008 I Rudiana Carcani purchased 3 items at Brenner?s Fashion (altamonte springs Moll)

One of the Items needed adjustments (takes in the back and shortens the end)

Rose (the sale person) told me that they will do the adjustment for only $36 (and she conformed it with another lady in her 50es short hear ,which I believed was the manager)

Rose told me to come back on Monday to do the adjustment.

On august 25 I went to the store and the manager (EDUARD) told me that I had to pay $70(not $36).

I told him about the price that Rose gave me and he said:

?I do not believe you ?

EDUARD was very unprofessional rude, arrogant.

He changed his statement 3 times

1- First he said :I will give you $10 discountand and charge you $60

2- Second he said I will refund you the money for the dress(when I said, ok give me my money back Eduard said :?You know what I changed my mind I am Not giving you any money back.

3- Third time Eduard said ?I am not going to refund or give you a discount so either you do it for $70 or leave the store

I let Eduard know that I am filing a complaint with the Florida business bureau therefore I needed his full name and his position. Eduard refused to give me either or.

I asked to speak to his supervisor and Eduard gave me a phone

I am very upset

1- because I spend close to $500 ,but my business was Not appreciated

2-I was treated very low by the manager Eduard( this is My worst costumer service in my 40 years

3-I was lied to( either by Rose or by Eduard)

4-I was called liar by Eduard

5-the price was gauged on me (which is against the law)

The price that they told me before I paid was doubled after I paid).

6-Noone of Eduard?s superiors seems to care to solve the issue.(All they cared is to get my money)

Great Customer service

The employees are eager to help you and are consiterate to your price range. They are will to help you find a dress and doing any alterations at a reasonable prize and ready before your perfect day. I would recommend them any day. The one thing you must realize before shopping there is that they have a very strict retun policy... They absolutle and for no reason do they do returns exchanges and no store credits. and for those of you that are worried about there return policy you need to be sure that you are happy with your dress from head to toe. Don't complain about there return policy when clearly i think all of us can say that i would be angry if i found out the dress i choose for my special night has been worn by someone else for theres and more then likely if they are uncourteous enough to exchange something they already wore. they probabaly didn't wash it.So i highly recommend Brenners, just be sure its exactly what you wanted, cause once you walk out the store your STUCK With it.

I Don't Recommend

My daughter normally wears a size 6, but she bought a size 8 wedding dress. It fit and was beautiful. We were thrilled at the price - but you do get what you pay for! On the day of her wedding the zipper broke. We had to spend 45 minutes sewing her into her dress! When I called about the problem they were very rude and uncaring.....once you walk out of the store with the merchandise, it is yours and they truly don't care about their customer!

Shop elsewhere

My wife bought a dress here brought it home and decided after I saw the dress she didn't like it. NO RETURNS! NO REFUNDS! NO IN-STORE CREDIT! Very unfriendly about the policy. This is for our daughters wedding in May '08 We're now concerned about the quality of the product with such a policy. You're better off shopping where you can change your mind after you've had a couple hours to think about it.

Some places don't consider buyer remorse. If she had realized the policy she would not have done business with them. SHOP somehwhere else.

I am important

The people are very friendly and truly interested in my wedding. The selection was large, with many designers offered, at very good prices. When I compared prices, theirs was the best. My charming consultant was still happy to show me many other types of styles. My bridesmaids felt the same way.

The Duds
Not exactly at the top of the wedding gown fashion barometer, but Brenner's Bridal does have plenty of mid-range names, such as Albert Angelo, Mori Lee and Sweetheart.

The Shop
The first word that comes to mind here is affordable. The store, which has several Central Florida locations, is decorated and stocked more like a warehouse than a chapel. The atmosphere is far from pristine and soothing. You can rest, however, that your wedding gown may not cost much more than your prom dress, which they also carry. The average price for a wedding gown runs between a mouth-watering $250 and the still-appetizing price of $1,300.
