I have been to this shop twice, both times with appointments. The first time my attendant/sales girl obviously had too many girls and was constantly rushing from one to the other, forgetting what we needed or who we were. She was very helpful when she was around, which was not often. The second time, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to have a dressing room even though I had an appointment, and then I was stuck in a small one meant for bridesmaids, so there was no room for the wedding gowns inside. The sales girl was not around when I needed her, and when she was, she was rude. David's bridal has great dresses and prices, so I give this place two stars.
Pros: Great dresses, prices, selection
Cons: Poor service, sometimes rude, lots of waiting

Ok so there are lots of reasons to avoid this particular store here are a few of the worst. For one an employee actually had the audacity to comment on my size she sugar coated it but she may as well have said I was fat! I told her I would be going down a couple of dress sizes as I have been doing Weight Watchers and have lost 60 pds. She commented that it has been her experience that the weight does not get lost!!! What a downer she made me cry and did it in front of my family. She said I needed a 22 dress because I was heavier than her and I walked out with a 12 so she also proved she has no knowledge of the field. Next when I complained to mgmt. I got a half hearted apology and the girl still works there. Another customer on the same day also complained about her! What is going on here? Then I was challenged by an employee regarding a dress price. She had to be forced to get mgmt. who confirmed that the price I said was indeed correct. Nothing like arguing with an employee regarding your happy day let alone arguing and being insulted! I have not been compensated in any way and when I asked for some type of courtesy I was denied and rudely so!! I am 3weeks away from getting married and every time I have to walk in this place I am in fear of being treated badly again!! Worst service ever. I do not reccomend this establishment unless you wish to be disappointed as I have and insulted as I have. I am appalled and even a bit crushed! P.S. after 2 weeks of calls to both the district and regional mgr. who's machine says you will get a callback in 24 hrs. NOTHING absolutely NOTHING WAY TO GO ON THE BAD SERVICE all the way up the ladder. Training is badly needed here!!!!!! Bad habits are being created from the top all the way to the sales floor.

nasty people work here. they swing from uncaring to being pushy to make the sale.
Pros: lots of dresses
Cons: unkind employees, crowded and messy, low quality
