I called Vic's based on reviews here and how close they were to me. I called on Saturday and they called back on Sunday. Vic told me he was out of town and would have his son call me. His son called me at 1:30 pm and said he was on his way home to drop off his dog. He said he would call me shortly to get my address and come make the service call. Around 6 pm I called him and got voice mail. At 9 pm I called and got voice mail. No call, no show....I certainly hope he was not in an accident or something....but if not, thanks for nothing...I was hoping for a nice business relationship for other items Aron bd the house.

I contacted Vic's based on the positive feedback. We were able to schedule an appointment easily, however Vic called five minutes before the end of the "service window" to tell me he was 35 minutes away. Not off to a good start. Upon arrival, he was very friendly and went right to work. He assed the fridge and explained when the freezer was attempting to auto defrost, the hose that drains the water was disconnected, hence causing the thick layer of ice at the bottom of the fridge. Vic was in and out within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, after several days the same problem began happening again. Vic was called out to the house again, and once again fixed the problem. Within a day or two, the ice was beginning to build up again. I gave up on calling Vic's again and instead called Sears. What a difference - Sears took the door off the fridge to really get in there and spent over an hour fixing the fridge, at the same price as what Vic's charged. Four days post repair, and knock on wood, the freezer has no ice build-up or frosty conditions. Plus Sears gives a 90-day warranty of repairs. I had hoped to give more business to Vic's but he was not able to repair my freezer to my satisfaction. He was though friendly and cleaned up the repairs well.

My refrigerator broke last night. I found Vic's on citysearch and the reviews were very good. I called Vic's first thing in the morning and he said he was booked until 1 PM. When I explained that everything in the fridge was melting, he said he would see what he could do to make it out sooner. Shortly after I first talked to him, Victor called back to say that he could come right out. He was soon at my house and had the fridge working in no time. I thought his price was competitive, and his customer service was outstanding. This is the first time I have ever written a review. I will definitely call Vic's the next time I have an appliance that needs repair.

Great Service!!!!. I called Vic's Appliances Repair in the Morning and he was here by 12:30 p.m.!!! I work at a local area business and I would recommend him to all business owners!! He was fast, friendly, honest and very reasonable!!! What a rare find now a day's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Vic's is The BEST!!. Woke up this AM and refrigerator fan was running, but compressor was not ... opened freezer door to dripping water! UGH! Hit the internet for info on repair at GE site. Realized problem was bigger than me, so started to Google for good appliance repair shop. Stumbled on Vic's and called at 7:45 AM. Meantime wife checking with neighbors for refer space. Based on Citysearch reviews and 5 star rating, I called Vic's and got, none other than Vic! He was at the house within 20 minutes, and had the refrigerator running again in 15 minutes. Had the necessary circuit board (he actually showed me where the old one had shorted out) on his truck! We shared a cup of coffee as I told him about some other minor problems with the fridge ... Next thing I know, he is back with more parts from his truck and makes my fridge like new again! Absolutely fair pricing and professional courteous service. I'll never use another shop ... Please, Vic, don't ever retire!!

The Best!!!. When my washing machine broke, I called several places that offered to have a technician call me back or who offered for someone to come in an hour for a service fee that really....seemed pretty steep to me. Still having some apprehension about this problem becoming a nightmare, I found Vic's Appliance Repair by Google Search. I read the reviews and I will say that calling Vic was the best decision. One look at my machine and he knew right away what the problem was. He had the part on hand and he made this repair in less than 30 minutes. There was no BS at all...which was a breath of fresh air. The repair was reasonably priced and done with expert ease. I loved dealing with an expert...this is a true professional. I would call him again and recommend him to all my family and friends.

great job!. saturday morning laundry was interrupted when the washing machine wouldnt wash.. called the big chain store S***s to set an appointment. quickest they could get here was 7 days from now with a big service fee. so, i looked for someone local and found Vics: called him at 11 a.m. on a saturday, he had 2 clients ahead of me but said he could be there at 1p.m.... actually he was here at 12:55 - 5 minutes early. there was no 4 hour window of time, he just did everything he said he would do.. my washer was fixed in 25 minutes.. great job, very quick, professional and highly recommended...

Miracle. Wowww, Finally after 5 weeks without a washer and numerous disputescalls with no resolution to the manager's of the famous retail store and the warranty company i was advised that the part i needed for my new washer was discontinue and no one in the area had it but a company in California and they are not going to distrubute the part due to the Japan earthquake and the radiation reaching California. I was told that i can dispose the washer. I then did research on the internet and found this family owned company Vic's appliance repair called them this morning and to my surprise he had the part in his truck that's why i said what a miracle really no one,no one not even the retailer nor warranty company had the part but Vic's did. He arrive at my home the same afternoon in 20 minutes my washer was worker. I highly recommend his proffesionalism,promptness and his kindness.Wowwwwwwwww Awesome Job! Don't hesitate to call Vic's appliace repair.

Awesome Job. Fast, friendly service. My refrigerator went out this weekend. I called Vic's Saturday night and they were here first thing this morning. They were here no more than 30 minutes and had the part on their truck. Their service fees were fair and I am super excited to have my appliance working again. I will certainly use them in the future should the need arise. Great Job Vic's!
