stay away!. Crappy service. stay away from them. don't even do the free estimate, the guy will just make a bunch of lies and convince you to buy with him. for example he would say things like the poop has to go through intense "sanitation processes" and that's why it's so expensive. on the day of cleanup, they got a plastic bag and gloves, picked up the poop and put it in a bag. he's a business man and a good con artist. we paid over $1500 to try to get rid of racoons and rats. low and behold the rats are back within few weeks. don't recommend. save your money & your sanity.
