Here's a TIP for Sonny's Appliance/Altamonte Springs... when you promise to deliver..keep your promise. If you can't for some reason, it's your job as a professional to manage expectations by returning phone calls, not hanging up, to listen and assist and to keep a clear vision on that customer in the future... on all FOUR counts, Andrew at Sonny's Appliance needs customer service training, positive resolution and a class in inappropriate public service language. Tip for the Reader: I got what I wanted at SouthEast Steel = try there first.... until Andrew shows successful training completion.
