This company has a solid overall management strategy . They understand the rental market of this city and have well designed processes that make sense. I transferred five properties to the firm three years ago and I must admit they have made a nice impact to the income of my portfolio and have decreased my delinquency rates. The key is that they are very diligent in their processes such as rent collection. I should also mention that their office staff has been excellent in their communication with myself and the tenants.

As a long time rental property owner and someone who has used other management companies in the past, I would firmly recommend their management services to any investor. Keep up the good work Angela!

Angela from Avalon Management is a very competent and wonderful person to work with. This is the first time I have rented any property since I moved to Florida so I wasn't sure what to expect. Angela, being the professional that she is, went over all the details of my lease with me. She also encouraged me to call if something came up that I didn't understand, which I have . In my opinion, Angela and the office staff has gone above and beyond what is expected of her . I would most certainly recommend this company.

The best Management company I have rented from in Orlando, and I have lived in the city for 20 years now! They handle maintenance and tenant relations in a very effective manner. They don't let things linger. Office staff is great especially Property Manager Angela! I hope to be with Avalon Management for a long time.

I live in one of Avalon Management properties that they manage for two years now. It's been the best rental experience I've ever had. The townhome is beautiful.

Not only does Avalon Management have beautiful homes, but the management company is fantastic. They couldn't be more friendly. It's obvious they take great care and pride in their rentals. They are very responsive to tenants' needs. Basically, they're perfect.

I really can't say enough wonderful things about them, and I give Avalon Management my highest recommendation!

I called Avalon wanting to rent out a property for the month of April, i told them i was in an incredible hurry due to my current rental being in foreclosure. Not only has the staff been very helpful and patient with me but i am moving into my new property on April 8th. I am so excited. I cant believe they made it possible for me. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Avalon Management has been doing an OUTSTANDING job managing my rental property. Through their screenings, I have gotten great tenants that have treated my property like their own. The property Managers, Angela especially, are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the property management company to call to help with renting your home.

Avalon Management has done nothing but impress me throughout the 4 years that I have lived at one of the properties they manage. There are many other companies to choose from, I would have no problem recommending this one to someone without hesitation. Their staff is friendly, helpful, diligent and resourceful. The property managers are also a delight to work with. They are very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to.

I called Avalon Management in search of a new place to rent for myself and my 5yr old daughter. Not only did the staff there try to assist me in finding something but they took down my information and actually communicated back with me, which i have found that most rental companies do not do. I spoke with Cristina & Erin in the office who helped place me with a specific unit and then i was shown the property by Angela. All three of these staff members were extremely polite to me and helped me through my moving process. I will always recommend this company to anyone who needs a rental. Thank you again!
