Worst Experience. Today I went in to this store and asked for someone to help me find some pointe shoes. I saw 2 employees pass by me when I asked for help. Neither of them helped. My mom had to park the car and when she walked in, she noticed that I was not being helped. I FINALLY get someone to help me and I sit down on the benches. I see the girls next to me getting such nice service with the employees helping them with them on the floor saying where it's too tight or too loose. My lady (well teen actually) just stood there and said "does that feel alright?" HOW WOULD I KNOW?! I ended up not buying a pointe shoe that fit me correctly and barged out of the store in tears for feeling like such an idiot for not knowing how to explain that the shoes were too hard in one place or another. This service was AWFUL do NOT go here! The people were sooooooooo RUDE. I am NEVER going to make the hour and 45 minute drive to such an unprofessional place.
