Love this store!. My daughter decided to participate in her first pageant and I had no idea where to start. I realized right away after talking to Jennifer I had nothing to worry about. Jennifer Asked my daughter thought provoking questions and encouraged her to find what matched her personality. Needless to say, we couldn't be happier with the gown and I cannot wait to see it on stage. Many hours of shopping and multiple stores turned into just one trip to So Sweet. I recommend to all moms who need guidance with pageantry or those who know what you are doing but need a dependable shop to help.
Great Store. I love this store. I came across this store when I went to look for less expensive pageant dresses for my daugher's first pageant. We found a bunch of choices all at a great price. Every time I called with a question they took the time to answer them. I have already passed the web site on and will returning next time we need a dress!
Great Store!!! Awesome Service:). I love this store! I recently got married and needed a dress for my flower girl, we live in different cities and were having a very difficult time as I was communicating with my aunt (cousin -flower girl) over the phone and through email. So Sweet Boutique was very experienced in working with people from all different places and online so this was no problem to them. I went to the store and they were so amazing and wonderful, very personable. I talked a little about what I was thinking and they were so helpful, showing me all different options. Once we found what we were looking for I was able to call my aunt and give her the website and product number and she very easily found the dress and loved it. Their staff told me very specifically the way to measure her and they were right on. Within days the dress was ordered and on its way and fit my 3 year old cousin beautifully. The store owner personally spoke to my aunt on the phone several times throughout the process. It was a wonderful experience and I will recommend So Sweet Boutique to anyone and everyone I can! I also would have to strongly disagree with the review below - I work in customer service as well and sometimes things come up, they are a small boutique, I would be nothing but pleased with a call back in the same day. Please don't let this review deter you from paying either the store or the website a visit, you won't be disappointed.
Best Pageant Experience/Great Customer Service. I had been searching for a particular dress from the new spring 2010 line since December 2009. I had to have the dress for a Spring pageant. I contacted over 20 stores and everyone gave me the same answer....there were not going to get any of the dresses in till April and our pageant was in April! When I contacted So Sweet they had an April date also but it was going to be a few days before the pageant. I was hesitant but wanted the dress so badly I was willing to take a shot! I was then told that they were receiving an order sooner due to high demand for the dress and would be posting a pre-order option on the dress! This meant if I got my hands on one it would be here about 2 weeks before the pageant which was great! I was contacted through email of the time frame the dress would be on the website for preorder so I knew exactly when to order and that was WONDERFUL! After ordering the dress I received another email a couple of weeks later stating the shipment came early and I received my dress this Thursday (a month and a half before my pageant)! We were ecstatic!!!! The dress fit perferct (due to measuring my child accurately and checking the size charts that are available on the website) and we are ready for the big day! Along with my daughter's dress they sent her a token of good luck with a personalized note. My daughter felt even that much more special after receiving it and I did too, To know I had shopped with a company that trully cares about their customers and is not out there just entirely for the sale, I felt like these people were my newfound friends and it felt good to know I could trust them and they trully CARE! I made a vow to So Sweet and my daughter that this is our place to do business with from now on! Jennifer and her team are great at what they do and I have nothing negative about my experience with them. I felt they were very honest and communicated very well everytime I called or sent an email! We were very fortunate to get our dress due to high demand and thanks to Jennifer and everyone at So Sweet they made that possible! I can honestly say that as a customer and long-time pageant mom.....make sure you shop early and take measurements....that is your responsibility and if done correctly you will get what you ask for!!!! Thank you again Jennifer and the So Sweet staff! You have made this experience even better than expected and we look forward to using yall for all of our pageant needs!

I have to say I was so impressed with So Sweet Boutique, Jamie was very helpful in finding a pageant dress for my daughter with such short notice. She helped me find many options and was able to get the dress shipped out to me THAT day.
I read the below postings and was sad to see someone make such demanding remarks. I think its funny that a customer was upset when there call was returned the same day to them, just not as fast as they liked!
I was really pleased with my dress and the help I got. I was really pleased to see that Jamie took the time to write me and my daughter a personal note of goodluck! It's nice to know there are websites out there that take the time for personal touches.
Avoid sosweetboutique for online sales!.
In the current age of internet sales, my recent experience with sosweetboutique online conjures up bad online buying memories from the 1990's!
As a very active mother of four, I purchase numerous items online and have come to appreciate retailers that offer certain conveniences such as online tracking, practical shipping and a reasonable return policy.
Actually, I am wiling to pay a relatively high premium for these conveniences!
Variability in retailer/manufacturer sizing has motivated me and my family to routinely purchase more than one size of any one item--typically resulting in a return of the less desirable item.
I recently purchased a very pretty dress from sosweetboutique online in two different sizes. Although I paid for premium shipping, the dresses arrived in a time frame similar to that expected for UPS ground.
The web site states that customer service is available between 9A and 5P Monday thru Friday and between 11A and 5P Saturday.
However if you call during these hours, be prepared to leave your purchase and contact information on voicemail--in hopes that someone returns your call in a reasonable time frame. I left my information shortly after 9A (store time) on a week day and my call was returned at the end of the work day--roughly eight hours later.
Customer service informed me that the delayed arrival was related to a manufacturer delay and was NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY of sosweetboutique online. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED SOME NOTICE THAT THE SHIPMENT WOULD BE DELAYED.
Customer service also informed me that I would NOT be able to return either of the dresses ("as spelled out on the web page").
I was left with some very negative feelings and two dresses that my daughter was unable to wear to a christmas pageant. Fortunately the dresses are quite pretty and will likely make some young girls very happy this holiday season as they will be donated to a local charity.
Unless this retailer changes tactics, I will NEVER purchase another item from sosweetboutique online--the same goes for a number of upscale mothers who were present while I was perusing the sosweetboutique site prior to making my most recent purchase.
I understand that sosweetboutique started out a few years ago primarily as an online retailer. Their site emphasizes customer service, however if my recent experience with them exemplifies their idea of customer service, they should consider making a few changes.
Until then, if you are considering a purchase through this retailer, do so with care.
1. Give yourself a generous time window and consider contacting customer service prior to making any purchase to outline the details of the order and inquire about any potential delay in shipping.
2. Take accurate measurements of the person who will be wearing the purchased item(s).
3. Hope the sizing is accurate and hope that the photograph on the site truly captures the essence of the item you are considering.
4. The website is a bit complex, however if you take your time, the site offers some helpful information, see FAQs.
Despite the difficulties I have encountered, sosweetboutique online does have a very nice selection of goods. The sellers should consider raising the prices on their online items SLIGHTLY to cover the expenses of certain conveniences that are becoming commonplace in the universe of online sales.
So Sweet Boutique ROCKS!!!!. All I can truly say is that So Sweet Boutique stands by their word. I ordered a dress online and receIved it within a few days. After trying other websites, I lost hope for buying the dress my daughter wanted for her upcoming pageant. I was told by another website that they did have this particular dress in stock, when I placed the order, they emailed me two days later saying that they did not have it. So Sweet Boutique, on the other hand, did stand by their word. From now on, they will be the only ones I order my little girl's dresses from! Not only do they have an extensive selection, but they have good business ethics, and a wonderful administration and staff! I AM GENUINELY GRATEFUL!!!

I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with So Sweet Boutique. I had been looking for an outfit for my Son's baptism for several weeks and was having difficulty finding what I was looking for. On your website I was able to find what I had in mind at a very reasonable price and the shipping wasn't inflated like some of the other websites I looked at. Jamie was the employee who helped me over the phone and ensured that I would receive the package on time by updating me on what kind of delivery method I should choose. I choose 3-day when I ordered and wrote a note stating I needed the outfit by Friday for an event on Sunday. Jamie called me to let me know it would have to be shipped 2-day instead of 3-day...most companies would have sent it 3-day and I would have been out of luck. I really appreciate how your company made my Son's special day perfect...he could not have looked cuter!

I love this store, found it driving by - WELL WORTH IT!. I love this store, I was excited to see it when I drove by! The owner told me they had jst moved, the store is big and lots of selection. I was amazed when they told me they were also online so, all my bridal party could look at all my choices. This store and service was fantastic, so much I had to let everyone in Orlando know about it. They even have prom dresses that would fit me. It was a fun overall experience. The cheapest flower girl dresses I looked at and liked was $60, not to bad! Nice selection of boys tuxedos too.
Girly Girl Store!. Fun Girly Girl store, found duponi silk dress for under $150 for my little girl. Lots of options and color choices. Staff made it fun for both me and my daughter, we will be back!
