great dr and staff. have been wearing contacts and going to dr campbell for over 10 yrs, my whole famiy has been going to him for over 15, i know that the staff in the optical don't work for him, his staff is great, the optical well let's just say the manger sharon awsome, the bleach blond barbie is awful, i wasn't sure if she was selling glasses or herself.

Great Eye Doctor. My family has been seeing Dr. Campbell for our eye needs for 17+ years. He has always treated us in a friendly manner and we have always gotten good service from him and his staff. He wants you to be able to see out of your glasses and will work with you to get your vision where you want it.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!. My wife went here and not only did her insurance get billed but I also got a letter from my insurance company saying I was seen there also. The male "receptionist" there was very unprofessional. He gave us a hard time about scheduling an exam. He said if we did not take the appointment time we offered maybe we should find somewhere else to go!! When I spoke with the insurance company they said this was not the first time they had a complaint about this. Be very careful!!!

Rude assistant, watch for insurance fraud, just a bad experience. The Drs assistant was rude and arrogant said they did not accept my insurance when they did and was just an overall terrible experience, Will never go back and would not reccomend that anyone else ever did.
