Con Artists. Beware of joining their monthly plan. They will bank draft your account regardless of whether you use their services or not. They will promise you that if you cannot use their services one month that they will not charge you - all you have to do is call them. But no matter what you do they will continue to draft your account and you will never see a refund (or even get a call back!).

Also, if you have a bad experience and complain - their response - tough.
