Do you want to talk about Service? Well, here is a newsflash. Kinkos is almost my office away from my office!. I have gone to Kinko's (now FedExOffice) so many times and they keep pulling off miracle after mirqcle. I am intelligent, but when it comes to details, I'm not really a detail person. So, I was faxing something to another law office and the young lady working there, told me the letter needed a grabber first sentence. She said all sentences seem to start like mine and didn't I want to stand out in the crowd? So, together, we figured it out, she went to my email, with my permission, got my word document, printed it out and then on her own computer she input the new starting line. That is far and above service. That is working for you, with you and about you. Yes, 5 stars to my Kinkos in Lake Mary FL.
