Fabulous cake. I needed a beautiful cake in a hurry for a birthday party and I had the great fortune of speaking with Natalia at Sprinkles. She was wonderful, handled all my questions and said that the cake would be great. I was calling from out of town and a little nervous about working with a bakery that I had never used before and for such an important event. Natalia and her staff created the most beautiful and delicious cake. Everyone raved about the cake and I congratulate Sprinkles for having such a great staff and a delicious and beautiful product! I cannot say enough great things about them... except, when you need a cake, call Sprinkles!!!!

Avoid at all cost if you want you occasion to remain special. Unwilling to fix their mistakes. I arrived at my reception to find my cake had a hole in the top of it. When I called the owner of Sprinkles to find out why my cake had a hole in it, he told me that it was because he needed to put a dowel through it to hold it up. I asked him why he felt it wasn't necessary to cover up the hole on top of the cake, he told me it wasn't that bad and he wasn't drivng all the way back to the reception to fix it. He told me that it was my problem and if I didn't like the hole, I should find something to cover it up. He then proceded to hang up on me. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. It put a huge damper on the biggest day of my life. Also, the cake did not look like the picture I gave them and the flavors of the cake were incorrect. Save yourself the hassle and choose another cake company

Many brides ask for Sprinkles' yellow cake with raspberry swirl; the hot groom's cake is a chocolate concoction called the "Oh my God!" cake.

A Recipe for Success
Call ahead and schedule a tasting and consultation with Bach and staff. You can order a few weeks ahead, but most brides order up to six months in advance. Sprinkles can handle up to 15 wedding cakes per weekend.

The Cost
The price per slice of buttercream frosted cake starts at $2.50; rolled fondant covered cakes start at $4 a slice. A $75 deposit will hold your date. The balance is due two weeks before the event, with changes allowed until then. There's no extra charge for layers of different flavors.
